2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

2026 Acura MDX review
The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

His Mgr Dustin was very supportive along the process as well. Mariah who did the financing was very professional easy to work with. I had no experience with Hyunda which made me slightly nervous. However, their collective effort made the entire process efficient and seamless. I can honestly say (for the first time)would purchase from this dealer again.
2026 Hyundai VENUE review
The Venue is a fantastic small car, perfect for driving around town. It's easy to park, maneuver, and drive. It has great visibility, without big blind spots. It's very comfortable and drives very, very well - far better than I expected for its price. My 6'2" husband fits in it easily, as driver or as passenger. It has quite decent power, and it accelerates faster than our old Honda Civic did. It has great storage capacity for its size, and I love the two-tone styling on the SEL model I bought. It's not a luxury car. It is small, the interior is basic, and there are certainly cars available with more horsepower. Nonetheless, it is an absolutely fabulous car for its size price - I truly don't understand why I don't see more of these on the road! I LOVE my new Hyundai Venue!

This is my second time buying a new Kia from this dealership. I had my Sorento for 5 years before deciding to trade it in due to high mileage and a growing family. I researched quite a bit before deciding what I wanted to buy, and Bergstrom Kia of Appleton had one of the easiest sites to access the information I was looking for. Being able to compare prices & features, I was able to find a vehicle that was right for me before even stepping foot on the lot. I called to be sure it was in stock and after learning that it was, said I would be in the next day. I was greeted at the door, promptly assisted, and offered refreshments. After learning I had bought my previous vehicle there, they set me up with the same sales associate that I worked with the first time. Once again, Mo walked us through the purchasing process. I went for a test drive & Mo made sure any additional questions I had were answered. I put on a lot of miles each year, so Mo helped find us a better warranty that covered more mileage rather than a longer term. I went away satisfied and excited to be driving off in my first hybrid vehicle, a Kia Carnival HEV. I will go back for future vehicle purchases!

2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is the most satisfying vehicle purchase ive ever made. From the fit and finish to the warranty its the total package. I will admit I was worried about the engine only being a four cylinders buy they did their homework. The turbo adds more than enough power. The sound of the doors closing says it all. It says quality. No rattle like you hear in some cars when you shut the door. Like I said this is the most satisfied ive ever been with a new purchase. I never thought I'd be saying that about a Hyundai. This is what my wife wanted. Happy wife Happy life and she's usually right in her desicions. This time she knocked it out of the ballpark.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

In fact, while they were VERY communicative (as every single car dealership in the world is), they were not obnoxious about it. Nor were they condescending when I wanted to know the out the door price, or when I told them my price limit. I would recommend Van Horn Hyundai, and also consider working with them again, even though I am in Florida. They seem like a decent dealership with quality professionals specifically Zachary and Sarah, who I had the most contact with.

2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.

Love my Trailblazer! I've had an Equinox for 20 years and was ready for something new. Love the features on this car! The interior is nice- the screen is big and user friendly. I got heated seats and heated steering wheel. Winter in Pennsylvania is no fun. I got the fun green color and I love it! Engine is responsive. Handles well. Feels very sturdy.
