Morrie's Eau Claire SubaruReviews
Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru review
While using Cars.com I found my vehicle. I wanted to thank all the folks involved with my 2023 Outback XT Touring from Jason the salesman Superior comminution and exceptional knowledge, Katherine the Sales manager that made the deal happen, Alisha in Finance with the paperwork quickly completed, the car detail staff getting the car looking factory fresh and everyone else getting the vehicle ready to go in less than a day for my turn around trip. This Subaru family dealership made buying this vehicle a joy. The savings were huge, and I had to travel (because the price for the SUV was awesome beating other competitors) from Grand Forks ND to Eau Claire WI a 400 mile /6 hrs one way trip, but well worth the drive. Again, Thank you so very much!

I brought my car in for maintenance and was very pleased with the service. Chris greeted me when i drove up and he was so nice and had a smile on his face. Blake kept me updated the entire time my car was being serviced. He explained everything going on and what was done and needed to be done. He was very nice. As a Senior citizen it it so nice to see this kind of service by your employees.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
Paul is an absolute beast when it comes to securing financing and taking care of his customers. I drove up from Colorado Springs because, honestly, I had not experienced the same level of speed, efficiency, attention, and genuine care anywhere closer to home. Words honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the work Paul did for me. What impressed me most was that it felt like Paul was working to earn my business long before I ever walked through the door. He listened to what I wanted, understood what I needed, and then actually delivered. Paul found a vehicle that checked every box, and I mean every box. From the color of the car to the seat material, he somehow managed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't simply trying to put me into a vehicle; he was listening to me as a customer and matching me with something that genuinely felt right. I bought the car, and I couldn't be happier with how the entire experience came together. If you're in Colorado Springs, do yourself a favor: get out of the Springs and make the drive to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. The difference in customer service was absolutely worth the trip for me. And Paul? He's officially going on our Christmas list, because he 💯 reminded me that there are still dealerships out there that genuinely want your business, not just today, but for the long term. Thank you, Paul, for making what can usually be a stressful experience feel personal, straightforward, and exciting. You earned my business, my gratitude, and my recommendation. This is what customer service is supposed to feel like. My recommendation to others in this industry, you need you a Paul! Dealing with financing was certainly cake walk as well. Chris Espino Rivera , apologize for spelling, was thorough ;-) and answered every single question, all of them. This place is doin' it right.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, let me just tell you, THIS is the place you want to go!! My husband and I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle as we did here. The customer service from start to finish with everyone we came into contact with was THE BEST!! They went WAY above and beyond to make our deal happen and treated us like family throughout the entire process. You don't find that kind of service much these days and we are so grateful for them! They will most definitely forever have our business for any future vehicle purchases or services for that matter!

Sarasota SubaruReviews
Sarasota Subaru review
On a late Friday afternoon shortly before closing we pulled into this Subaru dealership with a potential dead battery. Now I realize this is not a major problem but experiencing this after hurricane issues and brain surgery, it was a big deal. Their policy is to put the vehicle thru a 2 hr test before putting a new battery in. With no loaners in sight at first and a husband not in good health we couldn’t be without a vehicle. This is when “Danny” De Angelis came to our rescue. The way he treated us at almost closing time, the care, the concern he showed us was deeply appreciated. Subaru can take pride in this gentleman who knows how to treat customers and those of us who are stressed to the max. In no way, did he “rush” us thru. Danny was courteous to my husband and myself, from beginning to end. You are an asset to this company. Thank you Danny ….we need more people like you.

Subaru of Pembroke Pines review
Kerry was absolutely fantastic in helping identify the car that was the best fit for me and provided great guidance every step of the way. He was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction for everything about the Subaru Crosstrek. Kerry made my experience in purchasing this car very smooth and enjoyable overall! I’d highly recommend requesting to speak with Kerry at the Pembroke Pines dealership if you’re looking to speak with someone kind and helpful. I’d give this experience 6 stars if I could put more than 5 stars.

The salesman James is awesome! I am glad I stopped at Troncalli to look around. He was very enthusiastic and sold Subaru to me before I had even made up my mind to make a purchase. He has been very helpful by answering question after the sale.

Johnson Subaru of CaryReviews
Johnson Subaru of Cary review
I had a really great experience overall with this dealership. I had set up a deal online thru Sam's Club on an auto with all the options I was looking for. I got to the dealer and was informed that the vehicle was in transit. Not great. The salesman I was working with worked tirelessly to find all the vehicles that matched what I was looking for along with another that I had been considering. In the end I purchased a really great auto and am very happy with the end result. I didn't feel the issue was the dealer's fault but most likely a issue with working with both Sam's Club and the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership.

Gannon was fantastic as usual. He was very knowledgeable about all the various model subarus sold. He was available when I could meet with him. I was interested in an 2026 Outback Touring XT and he took hos time with all my questions. I had to come back a couple times to finalize the deal and he took his time with me. Last year he helped my wife with a 2025 Forester Touring model that she purchased.
