Just picked up my new GLS 580 (literally, like 4 hours ago) and I couldn't be more pleased. I expected good things (bought a GT 63 last year) and the team didn't disappoint. Even when there were some hiccups, all concerns were quickly resolved and I remain a happy and loyal customer. I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester Hybrid Touring trim, and so far - with one minor annoyance - I love this car. The ride is very composed, much quieter than previous Foresters, and the top trim has all the bells and whistles. The smooth adaptive cruise control, coupled with automatic lane centering, makes for an exceptionally stress free driving experience. The switch between hybrid (EV) mode and the gas engine is seamless and imperceptible. I know that some have criticized the Forester for being “underpowered”, but the extra horsepower provided by the hybrid system, and the tweaks Subaru made to the low end torque provides all the power you need for everyday driving. The interior is super roomy, the seats are comfortable with lots of adjustments, and the facial recognition feature on the Touring trim - which recognizes saved drivers - magically adjusts the mirrors and the seat to preset positions for each saved driver. The only annoyance is that on the top Touring trim you get a smart rear view mirror which allows you to switch from the conventional mirror to the camera view. This comes super in handy when you have the car packed to the brim and you can’t see out using the conventional mirror. However, this super duper camera rear view mirror doesn’t have the garage door opener buttons. The fact that the top line Forester lacks such a basic amenity as programmable garage door buttons is baffling. Now, I fully recognize this is most definitely a “first world problem” and I can certainly live with my garage door remote clipped to the sun visor, but this seems to be a glaring oversight for a top end trim. That said, I would absolutely buy this car and this trim again. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, Isaac made sure to let me talk, explain my issues. I explained to Isaac, that I purchased this 2002 Monte Carlo SS off the showroom floor in 2002. Over the years, I have put thousands of dollars into making it not only look great, but sound great as well. Nothing has ever needed replacing, I just upgraded to high performance parts. This 2002 Monte Carlo SS has 55000 original miles. This car is so important to me. My plan is to give this to my Grandson. And I want it perfect. Isaac sent my car back to the mechanics and stated he would call me and keep me informed about everything. He didn't let me down once. I'm a U S Army, Vietnam Veteran. I served in the Honor Guard for 1 year. Performing as the Funeral Escort and holding and folding our American Flag that would be presented to their surviving member. Isaac, and the mechanics who work here at Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, deserve not just a pat on the back. But an award showing that they are appreciated. A great start would be the waiting room. I remember going in, there would be coffee, donuts, and fruit. Not a thing... If it wasn't for the first impressions of Isaac, the many phone calls keeping me updated. And the fantastic work of your mechanics. I would have went somewhere else, and left 1 star. And 1 sentence. Because of them. And the fact that they knew how important this car is to me. I'm leaving 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Isaac, brings great credit to Salt Lake Valley Chevrolet, and I am Honored to have met him. Thank You!

2025 Trax LS . The cheap trim level with a key Local dealer selling them at $1500 off. No tricks or xx. Yeah , even I was surprised Designed in China . Made in South Korea . The good- basic transport with some flair The bad- Must have opened only one row of containers at the port . Any dealer that had an LS only had the one color.. Does it's business , even on the freeway ..70 mph all day long . I try to change the oil often , as the wet timing belt is probably only good for.50000 miles . Comfy smooth on the road. Rear seat passenger says no , but all in all a decent buy at $21000.

Darrick in service went beyond doing his job. He offered water, coffee and drinks while we waited. He kept on contact with me by texts and phone calls. He updated me every hour to let me know the situation. He offered to help us load our car onto the two wheel dolly for car and helped do it. We have never had more thoughtful person work with us. We were from Georgia on vacation trip to the national parks we had appointments with camp grounds for the next two weeks scheduled to arrive on certain days, if we had lost time we would have had to reschedule all our plans. Your mechanics worked us into your schedule so we could get back on road. They did a complete repairs job and found another issue to fix before giving our RV back to us.

Last November I drove my 2018 Outback Premium (which I loved) to the local dealer to test drive a 2025 Limited XT and get the complimentary $50 Visa card they were promoting at the time, and ended up driving back in the new XT. Following are my impressions after 10 months of ownership. We're big fans of Subaru's safety tech. My wife's car is a 2023 Forester, and the Reverse Automatic Braking has saved her from at least one accident. Her previous car was a 2021 Hyundai Tucson, and its reverse sensors seemed like they never worked. If safety is a priority, you won't find many manufacturers that beat Subaru (same for their all wheel drive system). The newer generation EyeSight system is superior to the 2018's. I would commonly turn off the Pre-Collision Braking on the 2018 (which was easy with the physical switch unlike the virtual switch accessible only through the head unit on the 2025) since I found it to be oversensitive when I was following someone making a right turn. The 2018 would prematurely brake which I feared could lead to being rear ended. My 2025 does not have the same issue, and while it has given me a blinking/beeping warning in the dash display in similar situations, it has not started actually braking like the 2018. For me, I have found I only get warnings from the car when my driving actually warrants it. The extra power of the 2.4L turbo (XT) was a big selling point, although I feel it's not mated to the CVT as well as the non-turbo 2.5L. There is noticeable throttle lag with the XT which you have to get used to, but man, it really moves after that momentary lag. I never found my 2018 non-turbo to be underpowered, but I definitely love the extra punch of the turbo. One of my biggest hesitancies with the 2025 was all the touchscreen buttons/menus of the head unit, but the joy of driving the car has softened my annoyance. Since I don't feel the need to shut off any safety features, I never have to look for them in the head unit menus. When I start the car, I only turn off the auto start/stop with the dedicated button at the bottom of the screen and wait the usual 20-30 seconds for the head unit to fully boot up giving the turbo/engine time to get lubricated before I put her into drive. I'm a big fan of wireless Android Auto and have found it to be very stable (and much better than the wireless dongles I tried with the 2018). I use the automatic climate control 99% of the time, so I don't miss the physical buttons and knobs in the dash (all I need are temperature up/down which ARE physical buttons). It's a great cruising vehicle with a great ride, and I look forward to packing the family inside for extended road trips. I'm happy we have the last year of the "wagon" generation of Outbacks and plan to keep it for many enjoyable miles.

Mark was kind enough to do a virtual tour of the vehicle for me and hold a deposit so we didn’t lose the vehicle due to being out of state. We elected to fly in to pick up the vehicle vs shipping it, and Mark was there to pick us up at the airport and take us to the dealership where the car was waiting with a gorgeous bow! Scheduled a Maintenace Oil Change for my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Arrived asked for the 3 time oil pricing. The Technician set it up. The oil change and tire rotation was quick and in an expected manner. This is a great place to get your vehicles oil changed.

Very responsive to my inquiry on the used vehicle I purchased and setting up financing. The reason for 4 vs 5 was the financial person had a difficult time staying on task. Too much personal chatter. Our salesman was super.

First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

The overall service was good but I have a few complaints.. Wehad a 10:00 am appt. Brought in on time. We assumed about 4hrs. So we left and called in later. 4 hrs. Later we called in and they had not started. No call to tell us. We called around 5:00 and car would not be done until the next day so we wasted the whole day hanging around. We live in Park City and we had to make another trip. Also coolant was low and not check after review. We have bought 8 Subarus their and facilitated is a bit in disarray.
