He respected my time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'd also like to recognize **Tommy**, the Sales Manager, who was equally impressive. He was professional, straightforward, and worked with me to provide a very fair value for my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and the entire negotiation process was honest, respectful, and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their integrity. Before I finalized the purchase, I requested additional paperwork that I wanted to review before signing. Both Tommy and Ozzie assured me there was nothing to worry about and promised they would send everything first thing Monday morning. I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It's easy to make promises during a sale, but it's much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you've driven off the lot. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new BMW 5 Series and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and integrity shown by both Ozzie and Tommy. They earned my trust, and that's something I value highly. 2026 Chevrolet Tahoe review
Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review

2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

My Hyundai Elantra is 15 years old and has nearly 200K miles on her -- definitely outside of her manufacturer warranty now. But, I still spend a little extra to take her to the dealership for all her maintenance. I think it pays off in the end. Case in point: I just had my brake pads replaced at Elk Grove Hyundai. A simple job, except one of my anti-theft lug nuts broke during the process. Edgar in the Service Department made sure to not only replace the nut (and the stud!) free of charge, but he also made sure to match the same style aftermarket lug nut as my others. Where some other shop might have thrown any lug nut on there and hoped I didn't notice, Elk Grove Hyundai did me right. It took a few extra hours, but I feel good knowing that these guys do the job 100%. Thanks Edgar!
2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid review
I has never envisioned myself buying a Hyundai until I looked at them. I quickly fell in love with the looks of the Santa Fe and Palisade. I chose the Palisade because it was bigger and I chose the Hybrid because of the wonderful reviews I read about it. So far the car droves like a dream. I think it is a car that looks as good as similar mid size SUV's at a much higher price. And I know the reviews for reliability and performance are often better than the more expensive competitors. My only complaint might be all the high tech stuff I have to learn about it. But I think that is pretty much the same with all new cars these days. Bonus is my Palisade has a wonderful Bose system that sounds fabulous. Hyundai has won this GM abd Chrysler girl over!

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

Abel again diagnosed my 2016 Z07/Z07 with issues that I could not guess right. I thought it was carbon build up from direct injection and they deduced lifter issue causing misfires that have grown worse. They are now doing a tear down to isolate the issue... and will again, do the thankless effort of dealing with the warranty company's painful lengthy process. John Flemming keeps me up to date and does the heavy time consuming daily correspondence and calls the shots. Their tech's are amazing and I am allowed to talk with them (which can take them aware from working!) that's a rarity.
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
I`ve only had the Kia Sportage EX AWD hybrid for 3 weeks previously owning a 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE (gas) that seemed bullet proof even after 30K miles. Looking to upgrade to a new hybrid vehicle I was thoroughly impressed with my Kia test drive . The Kia Sportage is so smooth and quiet with strong acceleration and comes with an automatic transmission instead of a CVT. I had studied all the reviews available and concluded that this was among the top compact SUV hybrids .

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.

2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.
