Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. Juan Martinez, not only impressed upon me as a recent customer, but confirmed the values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and service truly to reflect the name and brand values of Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley. Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

The only concern I have is that they removed the buttons that activate garage doors claiming that the latter may be done by using the iPhones apps. Replacing one button push with multiple app activation and pushing multiple buttons is the WRONG WAY to go. I did not notice that when I traded-in the previous Honda Hybrid. I will check int he future, because this will be a a BUY-NOBUY ISSUE in future. This car is my wife's car. When I replace mine Honda, this will be my first consideration.

Just purchased a pre-owned car from them. Cameron Jensen made this the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever experienced. The car was priced right. They knocked a little more off. No junk fees. Everything was very straightforward. Would do it again if I was in the market.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

My 2020 Subaru Outback, purchased at Glanzmann (10-20-20) was in the Service dept. for repairs from 4-24-23 to 6-16-23. A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle.
