Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale review
When I called for service, I received an immediate appointment. Manny was my service manager. He could not have done better. After we discussed what was and what might be needed, it was apparent that it was more than a day's service. Manny arranged for a loaner car. It was a C-Class and drove wonderfully. Dropping off the loaner and picking up my car upon completion was easy, fast, and not complicated. Over--all a good experience.

I bought a Subaru Forester from this location because they had the best turn around time, most competitive prices, great stock inventory, as well as a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Robert helped me tremendously to negotiate a great deal and set me up with his very helpful sales associate, Nick. I am very happy with my purchase and experience.

Mercedes-Benz of Delray review
LIAM G. made me happy! After two HORRIBLE experiences, Liam pulled through and did me right. When I say horrible, let me tell you, a brand new 2022 GLE 350 had a new transmission BEFORE I made the first payment and three times it wouldn't go into reverse. OMG. It was a nightmare; I have PTSD just thinking writing this. But my new 2025 is a DREAM. LIAM didn't play; he made this very sad girl very happy. I have waited to write this for almost 4 months to make sure my good experience is real! It is! Thank you again to LIAM. He's my new BFF! Thank you, Liam. Thank you.

My GLC has pretty much every feature. I love the luxury styling and feel. The Nappa leather, AMG package and Pinnacle trim are worth the cost. I found the Driver Assistance Package easy to master and is very helpful. Driving is quiet and smooth, but hard acceleration kicks in too abruptly.

Mercedes-Benz of DelrayReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Delray review
I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Delray Mercedes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Benjamin Shatkun made the entire process smooth and pressure-free — took the time to walk me through the GLC 300’s features, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed into a decision. The whole team was transparent about pricing and financing, and the paperwork process with Camryn was quick and straightforward. It’s clear they genuinely care about getting customers into the right vehicle rather than just closing a sale. I love my new GLC 300, and a big part of why the purchase felt so easy was working with Benjamin and the team at Delray Mercedes. Highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a Mercedes.

Hollywood KiaReviews
2025 Kia Niro EV review
This car replaced a 2010 Hyundai that was beginning to give me trouble. I decided to lease it - my first 100% EV - and installed a charger in my garage. So far I am totally delighted with the car - its finish, its drivability, and its performance. It is nimble and when I step hard on the accelerator (what we used to call the "gas pedal") it leaps forward like a startled bunny. To be sure there are lots of differences from the traditional gas-powered cars I have driven all of my life. It is really quiet, which sometimes is a little deceiving because it is actually working. The quiet and the different feedback signals that provides to the driver will take some time to get used to. Also, there are so many options -- many of them hidden several clicks from the top of the home screen -- that are still a mystery to me. (As usual, the owner's manual is almost impossible to use -- I have relied on asking ChatGPT for guidance). "What is that button for?" "How do I make it so the radio doesn't turn on every time I get in the car?" "Where is cruise control?" "How do I turn off the seat heaters?" -- the list is endless and I'm counting on slowly learning how all of it works. Overall, after a month of driving the car I couldn't be happier. It will be an "in town" vehicle -- the range isn't suitable for much inter-city driving -- but I love how smooth and competent the car feels. The finishes inside and out are great; seats comfortable and insanely easy to adjust; sight lines fine. It's a great introduction to the work of EVs.

BMW of Delray BeachReviews
BMW of Delray Beach review
We had an excellent experience at BMW of Delray Beach as we did the last two times we purchased car there. All the people were professional, accommodating and very pleasant to work with. The car we were interested in was brought up front, perfectly clean and immediately available for a test drive.
2026 BMW M440 review
Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

BMW/Mini of Coconut CreekReviews
BMW/Mini of Coconut Creek review
Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. If you’re looking for an stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience, this is the place to go!
