Was shopping for a new car the folks at this dealership answered all my questions and we’re polite and friendly. Their quote was competitive but I found a similar deal closer to home otherwise I would have purchased a new car from them.
I knew what I wanted when I came into the shop. I had called ahead and made an appointment with Phil Ryan to test drive a car. When I showed up the car was warmed up and ready to go. He made a point of informing me about the car and it’s qualities without being a schmoose. Took the car on a short test drive and knew it was for me. The entire purchasing process went very quickly, and everyone was super hospitable.
Seen a Certified Truck I liked and requested more information and was contacted in less than 10 minutes. Seen the truck the next day Phil Ryan was very helpful and drove the truck off the lot within a couple of hours. Phil even drive an hour to my house to deliver side steps that I orders that were not in at that time, he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Well done guys I will recommend you to anyone I know that's looking for a car or truck. Keep up the good work.
Infiniti of Dayton, and specifically, Jerome Smart and Zack Field, are superb in all ways. Have worked with Jerome in the past and he is a first-class person as well as an honest and very energetic and competent sales manager. And Zack, although I have have just known him a short time, is very supportive and knowledgeable about all products. A joy to work with.
I think that because of Mr. Tony Pinto and Mr. Scott Evans, the entire process of acquiring our fifth lease from the Infiniti of Dayton has been very pleasant. We have been their customer for 12 years. This dealership and its management are outstanding.
I bought a used vehicle there this summer. It was a 2014 C300, my first purchase with Mercedes-Benz. I had a few issues within the first few months. I had to take my vehicle into service on a few occasions. Each time I worked with Dennis Bowling, the service advisor. I have to give Dennis credit because I am not the easiest person to get along with, especially when I have to bring my car back to service for the same continuing problem. Each time Dennis was very courteous and professional,and gave me a loaner vehicle so that I wasn't sitting around the waiting area. The problems were eventually resolved, and in the end, that's all that matters. Dennis is a good guy. Definitely recommend him if you need something fixed. Great dealership. I will buy another vehicle from there in the near future.
All I needed were wiper blades. Sarah Nelson at reception welcomed me warmly and with a smile. I asked her for parts and she took the time to walk me back so I could clearly see the general vicinity for the Parts Department coupled with providing me with precise directions to get there without any wasted steps. Then Randy LaFrance in Parts greeted me with genuine concern for my needs. Although I had offered to do so myself, Randy went so far as to walk outside to the car to capture the VIN. After that, I told Randy that I was going to install the blades myself but she wouldn't have it and got Dennis Bowling, Assistant Service Manager, to install the wiper blades free of charge and without delay. Seconds later, I saw Jenell Ross, franchise owner, walking through the store taking care of business (neither Sarah, Randy or Dennis were aware that I know Jenell personally). She didn't see me this time but that's okay; from experience, if she had she would have made a special effort to acknowledge my presence as if I was purchasing an $80,000 vehicle. After paying my bill I was on my way. The fantastic service at Bob Ross Auto Group - Mercedes made my day. Now I'm looking for a reason just to visit the facility again soon.
My car was involved in a collision with a deer which did over $12,000 worth of damage to the front end. The safety aspects advertised about the car certainly held up as I suffered no injuries at all. The body shop did excellent work and did all of the approvals with my insurance company, which saved me a lot of time. When my rental car time period ran out Infiniti picked up the additional rental car expense and everyone in the service department and the body shop were genuinely concerned about my well-being during the month long repair.
I have been an Infiniti customer since 1993 and always recommended the car and the customer service to anyone looking for a car.
Attentive and courteous staff assisted me in finding a vehicle of my choice (not in vehicle inventory at Centerville dealership) at another dealership and bringing the car back to Centerville for lease. The staff was helpful in all phases of buying process. Very clean and welcoming facility.
I bought a pre-owned Mercedes here and was very happy with the purchase. 7 years later, the care is still wonderful and the service is great too. The service department always gets me a loaner during service (or Enterprise rental, if loaners are unavailable), and always washes my car if I bring it by, and roadside assistance has been helpful a few times too! Also, you can now make appointments online and text your service representative, which are really nice and convenient features. I highly recommend this dealership.
I had been on the hunt for a certified preowned c300. I browsed the online inventory and, after finding one that I liked, decided to go see it in person. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted by Andreas Burkert. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He took me right to the vehicle and was able to give me a detailed explanation of the technology and safety aspects of the car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I loved that he was low pressure, just allowing me to enjoy the car and fall in love with it on my own. Once I decided to purchase the car, he helped guide me through the process, including getting my current car appraised for trade in. He also sat with me in the car after purchase and went through an orientation process to make sure I was comfortable with the controls of the vehicle and setting up my phone, etc...He really took the time to help me and made me feel like my business was important to him. I will definitely seek him out for my next Mercedes. I highly recommend him for any of your car buying needs.
