2021 Mazda Mazda3 review
Purchased a 2021 sedan premium plus turbo AWD in 2022 with 11,000 miles. THE BAD: At 17,000 miles I discovered the front end would wobble when I applied the brakes. I was told by the dealer that I needed front and rear rotors and that the cost would be $1,000. When I asked why I needed brakes at only 17K miles I was told it was because the rotors must have gotten wet when I drove through a puddle when they were hot. Really? He obviously thought I was an idiot. It ended up costing me $600 to have a local shop do the work including an upgrade on the quality of the original factory rotors and pads. At 29,000 miles the car left me stranded in a parking lot when the battery died. A replacement battery cost me $280. At 30,000 miles the original manufacturer tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced (and yes I rotate them in fact EVERY oil change as opposed to every other). I purchased 4 Michelin tires which cost me $1,200. Also at 30K miles a rock came up from the road and cracked my windshield causing me to spend my deductible to have it fixed ($500). Nobody's fault I understand, just one more expense with so few miles.I have also noticed that I often get a "safety and driver support systems temporarily disabled" notice. It seems to be random but is annoying nonetheless. Shouldn't be happening at 32K miles. At 29K miles I apparently hit a pothole and the front rim was badly bent. The cost to straighten the rim was $140. The lane departure safety feature is annoying. Every time I even begin to leave my lane it violently pulls me back. Even when I need to go around an object in the road it pulls me back. Also, the tone associated with lane departure only works when it fells like it which is probably a good thing. Another issue is that it takes forever for the interior to get warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The car needs to warm up for at least 15 minutes before the temperature gets where I need it to be. The problem with that is that when using the remote start through the Mazda App, it only allows the car to run for 10 minutes. Also, you can't make any adjustments to the temperature from the app. ... THE GOOD: This vehicle is a blast to drive! It sounds great and it has plenty of power and I am still in love with the exterior appearence. The interior is done so well and as YouTube car reviewers say, "it's a great place to be". It has every option I would every want except for wireless Apple car play. It handles great and the AWD seems to work really well in slippery conditions. Currently I am at a crossroads. Do I sell my Mazda3 while the value is still high and get something else or do I keep it and hope nothing else goes wrong? I really like the car but I want to love it. One issue is the fact that when I purchased it I got 2.9% financing. I would be lucky to get 6.9% with todays rates. Also, if I sold it what the xxxx would I buy that has all of these features, a turbo engine and AWD that wouldn't cost me $35-$45K?!

2022 Lincoln Aviator review
I love my aviator reserve. It is so comfortable and easy to handle. It turns on a dime. The ride is smooth and quiet. I do miss the luxury of my black label navigator but in comparison, the aviator is much easier to handle and park because of its size. this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

2015 Chevrolet Sonic review
It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

2025 Volvo XC60 review
Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

2026 Toyota Camry review
This is the car to have for its segment. It’s beautifully designed. It’s reliable. It’s great on gas. I’m getting 43 mpg. It’s actually fast too with its torquey electric motors assisting its bullet proof 2.5 liter four cylinder. Comfortable leather interior is gorgeous.

2023 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I have a 2023 GMC Sierra Elevation crew cab 4x4 with the 2.7 Turbomax. Bought the truck used as CarBravo certified with 42k miles. I like the truck overall but have a couple of specific things that I would like to share: 1. If you are used to a V8, the 2.7 performance seems comparable to me, but the sound of the engine constantly reminds you that you are actually driving a 4 cylinder. It also feels a little more restrained than a V8 would feel in my opinion. If you’re looking for a V8 feel, skip the turbo for sure. It’s not a bad engine, just a different driving experience. 2. If you are considering this or any other GM truck, know that the factory wax coating on the frame rails is garbage. It comes off very easily and the frame rusts when that happens. Fortunately, mine isn’t too bad, and I have a plan to fix it, but it’s a maintenance pain that doesn’t have to be there. Fixing this is also an added cost I didn’t expect. Ford, Ram and Toyota all use an electro-coating process that seems to be better. The Sierra is a good truck overall, just know what you’re buying ahead of time.

2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

2021 Toyota Camry review
I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

2019 Toyota Tacoma review
I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

2024 Toyota Tacoma review
For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.
