The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!
When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. If Chano is around for another 2 or 3 years, he is the 1st person I would go to for buying another vehicle. Great job Mr. King. Thank you once again Nissan.

Mr. King is absolutely AMAZING. From walking in the door (not quite knowing what I wanted or needed) Every question, he answered without hesitation or giving off the air I was possibly "irritating". Explanations of model features and possibilities were exactly as the pamphlet stated but, Mr. King let me "hands on" understand the differences. He's a patient, thorough gentlemen that makes the shopping experience worth doing!
Chris Brown was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped me through all buying steps. James, the finance guy was friendly and helpful as well. Buying a car is always a pain but Sheehy made it less stressful.
Had driven 2 hours to a neighboring dealer under the pretense of buying a pristine 2015 Pathfinder. Got there and found I had been lied to regarding the condition. Called Nationwide and spoke to Bruce Bollino and told him exactly what I was looking for. He gave me an honest evaluation of a car on the lot that fit my description of what I was looking for. When we got to the dealership, there were no disappointments. Bruce was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the previous dealership down the road. He was honest, courteous, and helpful in every way. We traded in a Subaru Tribeca on the 2015 pathfinder and could not have been more pleased, both with Bruce and the deal itself. I would highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle and an honest salesman who still understands integrity and customer service.
On February 12th I purchased a 2011 Volvo S40 R Design. Very nice car. So i decided to take it on a nice road trip to see how the car performs. Immediately I noticed that the gas mileage was deteriorating. Went from getting 24mpg to about 17 mpg. Also the car stalled on me twice upon start up. But started up fine after a restart. Contacted service and they set me up with an appointment to get the car checked out. The service advisor contacted me and told me that they had done a diagnostic on the car and the knock sensor was bad....... Shouldn't a diagnostic had been done before I purchased the car?..... Also using the audio system I noticed that one of the speakers was busted..... Hope I haven't purchased a lemon from carmax. Is this a start of future issues.
Even though we made an appointment to test drive a car, we sat waiting for 15 minutes, only to be seen by someone asking us what we were selling. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for them to find us a salesman, who had adequate general knowledge, but not specific for the SUV we test drove. Then he had no flexibility on pricing, even though it had flaws.
Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
I had the best experience at Hampstead Pre-owned….I really wish I would have found them earlier on in my search for a car; not only do they have such a wide variety of cars…but the best thing is that from the minute you walk into the shop, they treat you like family. I worked with Brian who was so friendly and so easy going. I test drove everything I was interested in…and then test drove again :) He answered all of my questions and just was so incredibly down to earth.
They made the process of signing the sale paperwork so seamless and easy. They made sure I understood everything and even made a follow up call to make sure all was going well.
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and when I am in the market for another vehicle I will be going back to do business with them again. I cannot reiterate enough how fortunate I feel having found this place.

I was in the market for a new ride, and I didn't have the best credit. However, IAD auto helped me out and put me in my new Chevy SUV. I worked with Ed T a really nice guy and very knowledgeable about what was necessary to get the deal done.
