I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Alabama alabama Alabama!! The only real and honest salesman. Not just in it for his cut he worked hard and fast. Got me in a brand new vehicle no hidden anything. Dont see anyone else! I promise you the best service. They dont offer you refreshments though which was pretty rude. Considering youre there for 3-4 hours.

I must say it was the first time I'd been to a dealership and the pressure was not turned up! Betty listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. As I realtor I didn't want to be "sold" to..and she didn't come off as a salesperson but as someone who really understood my needs and my search for the perfect car!

Not planning to get my lease from Van Nuys Nissan, I stopped by to test a car and get information. I wasn't even sure I wanted a Nissan. Davit Hambardzumyan was my first contact. Salespeople right? I thought so too. I was wrong. Davit was a consummate professional. He left me alone to look at the cars; then sat and answered a myriad of questions. I was not ready to purchase. I needed some time to think. I left. Davit followed up with me during the weeks, answered additional questions; offered to schedule another drive and view of the car....he was very helpful. Davit also knew I was looking at other cars and not once made a negative comment of the competition. He continued to make himself available whenever I called. I was bowled over by his professionalism; his knowledge of the cars; his kindness; and most importantly, his honesty. I never felt as if I was dealing with a Salesman. I was working with someone who took the time to know what I wanted and he made sure I got it. I have referred my friends to Davit. When the time arrives I will choose another lease with Davit. My husband and I originally went in looking to purchase a vehicle for my husbands brother. Roberto helped us in so many ways that we didnt expect.
