Auto Giants MitsubishiReviews
Auto Giants Mitsubishi review
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Matt and Joel were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I wanted, worked within my budget, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. There was zero pressure, clear communication, and full transparency which made the buying process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and there were no hidden surprises. I highly recommend Auto Giants Mitsubishi, especially if you’re working with Matt and Joel. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.

My overall experience was good. I had an issue with the vehicle the next day and text the sales rep. Issue is being looked at in an appropriate time.
2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Zarvo MotorsReviews
Zarvo Motors review
I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Zarvo Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the experience was entirely different from any other dealership I have visited. The atmosphere was welcoming, low-pressure, and highly professional, making what is usually a stressful process completely enjoyable. A huge shoutout goes to Ali and Jason, who went completely above and beyond to assist me. They took the time to make sure I was disclosed everything line-by-line, leaving absolutely no room for doubt or hidden surprises. Their level of patience and dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable throughout the entire transaction. What stood out to me the most was how honest and transparent the entire team was. They walked me through all the paperwork, pricing, and vehicle history with total clarity, proving that they genuinely care about their integrity and their customers. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of openness and trustworthiness. As for the vehicle itself, the car was in mint condition, exactly as described and beautifully detailed. It runs perfectly, and it is clear that Zarvo Motors only offers top-tier vehicles to their clients. I am thrilled with my purchase and give them a well-deserved 5/5 rating!

MINI of Montgomery CountyReviews
MINI of Montgomery County review
Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! If you are in the market for a MINI the team in Gaithersburg will take good care of you!!

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph.
