Hendrick Southpoint Auto MallReviews
Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
Great place to buy a new car. This was my third Outback from Hendrick Southpoint, and my 7 th car from Hendrick dealerships. I have tried a half dozen other car dealerships, but I always end up going back to Hendrick to buy a car. The employees are well trained and courteous. The prices are competing, and the choice of vehicles is always good. The Hendrick service people are always courteous also, and their waiting room with free drinks and treats is a pleasant place to wait. Senrvice is always prompt, too. Their provide loaners if you need one.

We want to thank Joshuwa Colucci, General Sales Manager, for being more than helpful & friendly as he made sure our title & license plate issues were corrected. As we returned to the dealership, he had all paperwork ready for us & was willing to answer all questions. We were able to then go straight to DMV to finish out our transactions.

Great payment terms and in and out in less than 3 hours. If you have a challenging situation please go see Kim and John at Drivetime, it was worth the wait.

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Our experience with Claudio was extremely pleasant. He reached out to me without being obnoxious like most dealerships. He asked the details of what we were looking for and sent me a link for vehicles that matched our request. Everyone was friendly, they have a large selection of automobiles that are fairly priced. We would highly recommend Karma Fuquay and would shop there again.

Today I purchased a beautiful 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited (Burgundy exterior and Almond interior). I called the dealership last week and spoke to the salesman named Will. Will answered all my questions and sent me videos and pictures of the car addressing all my concerns. He was a great help and very pleasant to work with. After driving the car home for over 200 miles, the ride was very smooth and nice. Everyone in the office were also very nice and helpful. I will definitely come to JT Auto Group when I need another car.
