Bravo Nissan of DuarteReviews
Bravo Nissan of Duarte review
I had a great experience at Nissan of Duarte from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and truly made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Nissan of Duarte to anyone looking for an honest, hassle-free car buying experience. I will definitely be coming back for my future vehicle needs.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Lake Elsinore HondaReviews
Lake Elsinore Honda review
Thanks to Alec Stephenson and the service department team for helping me with my vehicle! I had a flat and needed 4 new tires for my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. After contacting 3 other Honda Dealers with no success Alec responded that Lake Elsinore Honda had the tires but included the alignment and balancing in the final price -all before closing. He even provided a military discount! My vehicle is running smoothly now thanks to him and his team's efforts. I appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail when 3 other dealers could not. He gave me options that nobody else offered so I could make an informed decision. Every dealership should have staff that listens to their customers like Alec.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

I recently went in to have my vehicle inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Krysta, the service representative, truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Krysta exceeded all expectations. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Krysta—you won’t be disappointed -Doris

CarMax SerramonteReviews
CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.
