We were welcomed with a warm smile and personable gesture. Misael showed great interest in providing us an excellent experience at Nissan of Elk Grove. It was my first time shopping here and I can say I will be returning, and not just for the snacks and coffee! There's more I could say but your best bet would be to come in and see for yourself!

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Bought a brand new Elantra at Hyundai of Tracy! Loved the staff, they were all amazing! Worked with a few dealers to try and find the right car and also whoever gave me the most for my trade in. They were able to beat Carmax's offer on my Buick Enclave, and overall I was super happy!!! Definitely recommend :)
2025 Nissan Altima review
I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

Hertz Car Sales Stockton review
Drove 400 miles to work with people with integrity. All the associates at Hertz Car Sales Stockton are great people, truly care about the customer experience not just making the most profitable deal. George Mihai has very friendly and kind from the start. Worked late night to help get photos to me and answered all my questions the entire way. Managers Miguel and Guillermo helped get me the most out of my finance goals. The finance manager Adriana I didn’t not expect to see until the very end. I spoke to at the beginning and she gave me the complete OTD price breakdown at the beginning which was the same when I arrived which was the same at the end. No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them. I’d choose Hertz again because of the good, honest and hard working people at Hertz Stockton Sales

Hertz Car Sales Stockton review
Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.

Dublin Nissan review
The staff was very friendly and they made my experience very comfortable. I was even given a complimentary car wash, and they cleaned it very well. Unlike other locations I’ve been to. Also they called me to inform me when my vehicle will be ready which was really nice because the other location I’ve been to doesn’t do that neither. Even though it’s a farther drive for me I would rather much go to this location again.

Hertz Car Sales SacramentoReviews
Hertz Car Sales Sacramento review
I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. We called ahead and talked to Joseph Cardella who welcomed us right away when we got onto the lot. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of us and the car we were going to purchase. He and his manager, Fernando Rodriguez, did a wonderful job accommodating our budget needs in a way that reflected the quality customer service I've known Hertz to have for years. I highly recommend considering purchasing your car from these gentlemen.

We stopped by “to look”. Jay showed us our options. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Car sales been stereotypically have a bad rap, but Jay did nothing but ask questions. He never assumed he never pushed. Jay also went to great lengths to find us our best financing. Tristan was great and super efficient at closing and we left with a car. We will be back to this dealership in the future and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Concord Nissan! We appreciate you!

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

Folsom Lake NissanReviews
Folsom Lake Nissan review
On Sunday, August 2, 2026 my granddaughter and I had an amazing experience at Folsom Lake Nissan. I purchased a 2026 Nissan Sentra SR for my granddaughter who will soon be leaving to attend college at a university in the state of Louisiana. Go Jags! A brief note on how the purchase became a deal. My granddaughter made a phone call to Folsom Lake Nissan in order to verify if a specific vehicle was in stock, Sebastian Galaviz answered the call and informed her that it was in stock and if she liked to come by for a test drive he would have it waiting for her to see and drive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Sebastian with a big beautiful smile and firm handshake and a direct walk to the vehicle as promised. Sebastian is an outstanding salesperson—professional, he is kind, and very friendly. He worked as a team player with two other outstanding gentlemen Mike and Nathan. They all carefully listened to our desires and truly worked hard to remain focused on helping us get the deal we wanted with absolutely no pressure. The three gentlemen friendliness, professionalism, and honesty created a family-oriented atmosphere, and with that experience, it made the whole buying process smooth and enjoyable. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation to purchase a vehicle hassle-free, I would highly recommend Folsom Lake Nissan and the three gentlemen that assisted in my purchasing experience.
