Schaumburg Kia review
Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

I was looking for a specific 2027 Kia Carnival Hybrid EX, and Trajce kept my preferred vehicle in mind. As soon as one came in, he contacted me right away and made the entire process quick and seamless. I had visited several dealerships, including ones in Gerald and Schaumburg, but Trajce and his dealership were the only ones who offered me an amazing price. I truly appreciate how attentive, honest, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be going back to Trajce for my second Kia as well. Thank you so much, Trajce, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!

I heard Marino bought Mike Anderson Chevy. I was in the market to trade in my old Chevy, so I reached out to JC who sold me my wife’s Jeep. He told me he worked at both dealerships so I made an appointment with him at the Chevy dealership. He had everything lined up for when I got there and made the process easy. I would recommend JC to anyone that is going to buy a car at either of the Marino dealerships.

Very nice ride, quiet interior, big and easy display on dash, seats are comfortable, decent size trunk, awd will be a plus in winter. I have SR trim with the premium package so it is loaded with all the goodies. Only downside wish it had a little more zip like 30 more hp. But gas mileage is good around 33 hwy, 26 city on regular gas.

Prestige Motor WorksReviews
Prestige Motor Works review
I had a great experience working with George and Ishmale at Prestige Motor Works on purchasing a 2013 Toyota Camry for my daughter. They were professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, making everything straightforward and easy to navigate. I was initially hesitant about buying from a non–big name dealer, but they helped put those concerns at ease. They were transparent about the vehicle and fully supported a pre-purchase inspection, which the car passed without any issues. That gave me a lot of confidence in the purchase. The car has been exactly what we were hoping for—clean, reliable, and in great condition. Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loves it, which makes the experience even better. I’d recommend Prestige Motor Works, and specifically George and Ishmale, to anyone looking for a solid, no-nonsense car-buying experience.

Advantage Acura of NapervilleReviews
Advantage Acura of Naperville review
★★★★★ Great first EV purchase experience with Le Roy! We bought our Hummer EV from Advantage Acura of Naperville and couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Le Roy Churchill, was extremely friendly and really knew his stuff. This was our first electric vehicle, and he took the time to answer all our questions and walk us through everything without ever rushing us. We'd actually come from another dealership earlier that day where we had a bad experience, and we didn't even plan on buying that day. Le Roy completely turned things around. We both left extremely happy with our purchase and the whole experience. If you're shopping at Advantage Acura, especially for an EV, ask for Le Roy!
2025 Nissan Altima review
Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

Alan handled himself and represented the dealership very well. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Mine was an out-of-state sale and trade in that ran smoothly. 👍🏻👍🏻

My car is the best that I ever bought and spend my money. In the streets is very smooth, inside is very spacious. I love Nissan.

Dial Nissan review
Unfortunately I didn't purchase a car yet, but I was very please with the sales person named Nicole. She made me feel very welcomed, and any issues or doubts that I may have had, I felt assured that I will be in good hands. I hope that I will be able to find the right car at Dial, because her service was great.

2025 Nissan Altima review
I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

I was willing to pay Carmax’ $199 to ship a Subaru Ascent to Memphis. When I tried to send in that payment it got rejected. No amount of effort on my part was able to get it to go. So I gave up.
