The wait is ridiculous even with an opening appointment had to wait 3 hours just for an oil change. Meanwhile never got updated on my car about what needed to be done until check out time. Check out time comes they say my car is ready but nobody could find it until walking all over the lot.

Everything regarding the sale was great except for the financial documents which took over three hours to sign a contract. Javier called a number of times for IT to get the system going. Both Eric n Javier provided excellent service

The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
Same as usual. Had minor issue with my car (TPMS sensor stopped working), and Sutherlin Nissan took care of it right away. Service staff and service manager were professional, yet always friendly. They let me know when the part came in and had me come to the shop right away. Replaced it (in timely manner) and all is well. Thanks again.
I was not greeted as I entered the office. No one looked up from their computers. I finally made eye contact. After that, I was immediately served. Waiting Room was pleasant. However, the music selection was very annoying....combination of rap and rock. With the television on and trying to read...it just provided noise! I waited two hours... Which I thought was very reasonable. When my car was done??? Check out was easy and efficient. In fact, the clerk used my points to lower my bill which I appreciated. The same person who helped me in the lobby escorted me to my car. She was attentive and kind. I don't know her name but she had long hair braids and sat directly across from the entrance door in the service department.
I had a great experience with this dealer from start to finish. Jovie was prompt in answering all my questions and assisted me in text with plenty of photos and every detail i requested about the car I was interested in. I cant say enough about how helpful he was in this process. Ken was also a great guy to work with. As a salesperson I know I can be difficult but these guys didnt make me feel like I was working. I purchased my vehicle here and I would highly reccomend this dealership based on the quality of staff and the meticulousness of the vehicles there. I had been to a few other places first and their cars were a mess in comparison to hertz. If you are looking for a new to you ride, dont hesitate to give this place a chance. Most importanly I must add that the price was the best deal around by a landslide!
