I had the best experience with the service here then I have ever had with any other auto service. Nolan was the the best. He cared that I had no transportation and that it was a Holiday. His genuine concern has me coming back for all my service needs and I will purchase my next vehicle there. I had my truck towed to Madison because of how he treated me on the phone. They were so busy because of the holiday, but assured me he would do his best to get it looked at. He called me on an update of getting it in to service, and he did just that. Because of Nolan, they have my business. I bought the truck in Janesville but there is no comparison to Rosan Nissan

I came in with very general requirements, most of the cars on the lot met them with only a few outside my budget. so Kevin showed me to a CUV that fit me quite well. From what I could tell after looking at the website this was best vehicle for the buck. It was in the mid range of my budget, he did not try to up-sell me on any vehicle. when it came time to close I was able to get my vehicle registered and plated in house. when I talked about that all the car was missing was cruise control he recommended a place that could install it, on further research it was indeed the best place. Over all this was the most straightforward and painless of a car purchases I ever had and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle.

Working with Joe, Casey and Quince was a complete joy from the minute we entered Zimbrick Nissan???s front door until we shook hands and drove away with our two new cars. Their customer service is wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and honest. A month After purchasing our new Maxima, we were in the market for an SUV and one of the main reasons for our choosing another Nissan automobile was due to the excellent care and service provided at Zimbrick Nissan.
My first visit to Zimbrick was interesting to say the least. I started out meeting a different sales person, but was left alone for a few minutes while he was working with other potential clients. While waiting I was able to talk with McKenna & hit it off with her right away. I dealt with her from then on as she was AWESOME! She answered all my questions timely working with me to get me back to the dealership a second time making my purchase. So happy with how everything worked out. Only negative, the day I picked up the car it was raining. I was hoping to have the car inside the service doors so I could thoroughly inspect the car.
Trevor was honest and friendly the whole buying process. However when it came to trying to sell me the extended warranty and other options he was very very high pressure. It made me uncomfortable at times with this high pressure sale technique. He wouldn't take 15 no's for an answer. These products must be highly profitable for the salesperson and owner. Buyer be aware of that.
