CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. Austin is a credit to the CarMax organization and they can be proud that such a fine person has chosen to be a part of their team. Thank you, Austin!
2021 Nissan Frontier review
Was looking for a 4/4 midsized truck but didn’t want all the bells & whistles. I was pleasantly surprised , easy to drive , smooth driving city & country roads . The interior is nice and the seats are very comfortable. The touchscreen is very user friendly. I would rate this truck as the best value period. Nissan hit a home run with the midnight edition . Very pleased with quality & price .

Exceptional service from start to finish! I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. Having completed my pre-application online, I was paired with Jadeil V., who was fantastic. He walked me through every detail, explained the process clearly, and was backed by a great team. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. I left with my new vehicle in no time. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Future Nissan of RosevilleReviews
Future Nissan of Roseville review
As a frequent visitor of this Nissan Dealership, it would be amiss if I did not highlight the extremely helpful, patient and professional Chris A. for his assistance during my 3-4 visits this past year. With open communication and understanding of my frustrations regarding my car, Chris has been patient with me throughout each process and has gone above and beyond whatever my service expectations were. I am so appreciative of the customer-first care he has provided as a representative of Nissan.
