Finding a clean used Volvo XC60 at a good price is not easy, but Kosta had exactly what I was looking for. He knew the car thoroughly, presented the full service history upfront, and was refreshingly candid about the vehicle's condition without me having to pull information out of him. The negotiation was respectful and he met me at a fair number without any of the usual back-and-forth theatrics. I drove home feeling great about the purchase and that feeling has not worn off. She helped coordinate everything with the sales team perfectly! They sent videos of the car I liked. They were very friendly when I had the car inspected by an independent mechanic. When we agreed on a fair price, the sales manager delivered my new car and took my trade-in car back to the dealership! We completed the paperwork in five minutes at my home. It was such an easy and enjoyable purchase experience. I contacted several Nissan dealerships in the area and Hawk Nissan was the absolute best!! I would highly recommend this dealership!
