Was seriously looking at the Kia Telluride and the Hyundai Palisade before a coworker told me to at least go look at the Pathfinder. Kosta made the case without badmouthing anyone. He showed me the towing capacity side by side, walked me through the Nissan Safety Shield 360 package, and pointed out things I hadn't thought to ask about. I went home and did more research and everything he said checked out. Bought the Pathfinder Platinum. Kosta earned that sale honestly.

He knew specifics about the ProPilot Assist 2.0 system that none of the online reviews covered, and he'd actually driven the competitor EVs himself to understand the differences.
