Nissan of Downtown L.A.Reviews
Nissan of Downtown L.A. review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Amazing Experience with Miriam Diazvicente! I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Nissan of Downtown, all thanks to Miriam Diazvicente! She helped both my husband and me get our new cars, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! When my husband went in to trade in his car, Miriam went above and beyond to make sure we found the best option for our family. She took the time to explain all the available financing and leasing options, making sure we understood everything before making a decision. She even walked us around to look at multiple vehicles until my husband found the one he really wanted. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to our needs and wants. Before we knew it, we were driving off in his new car! That experience alone made me know exactly who I wanted to go to when it was time for me to get my own car. And sure enough, we went right back to Miriam! The original car I had my heart set on didn't end up working out, but Miriam didn't give up on finding me something I would love. She took the initiative to go out and search for another vehicle that would fit what I was looking for, and she found it! I absolutely LOVE my new car, and I'm so happy with how everything turned out. What really sets Miriam apart is that she doesn't make you feel like you're just another sale. She genuinely cares about making sure you're happy, comfortable, and confident in your decision. Her patience, dedication, and outstanding customer service made both of our car-buying experiences stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, do yourself a favor and ASK FOR MIRIAM DIAZVICENTE! You will not regret it! We are officially a Nissan family because of her! ❤️🚗 Thank you so much, Miriam, for taking such great care of both of us and helping us find cars we love. You're truly the BEST, and we appreciate you more than you know! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nissan of Torrance review
I thank John so much for helping me get into the perfect car for me. The first car I wanted was out of my price range and it was hard to get in and out of, thankfully John showed me a car that fit in my budget and works perfectly for me. I am very happy and satisfied, they helped me with my loan and made my down payment reasonable. I had also called regarding my second key and was able to get help from Liz, the Customer Relations Manager. She helped get me my 2nd key and had me in and out. She also helped with my trade pay off and even helped me work my new phone. John and Liz were kind, patient and helpful. I highly recommend Nissan of Torrance.

Came in for a routine service (oil change and tire rotation). Krysta and the staff were professional and kept me updated on my service and estimated time of completion.
2023 Nissan Kicks review
A lot of pros to this vehicle. The only thing I wished Nissan would make better is, the pickup when ya hit the gas pedal. It is sluggish for a split second, and boggs down some... however, it runs great and after the sluggishness, it goes. Great passing gear and so easy to drive. All the bells & whistles on it alert you of every and anything you can think of. I appreciate those features. Comfort is top tier for me, the seats hug you and easy to adjust. The sound system, Bose, is amazing. Just too many features to speak about. Does great in gas in the city, haven't had it on any road trips yet. The kicks rides well also. Plenty of room and can haul a lot of things in it, as the back seats fold down. Only thing I can say negative about the vehicle is how it's sluggish/boggs down some for a minute when ya press gas to go. Hopefully Nissan fixes that in their new models here in out.

Friendly staff and overall great experience! Got an X6 here and there was no high pressure sales tactics. Price was good and got me a great rate as well. Shoutout to my salesperson Peter who helped me all the way through, and Ryan the finance guy
2024 Nissan Kicks review
Looks great packed with features some being more advanced than models ahead of its class. The SR premium makes you feel like you got something special, auto dim mirror , heated seats, ambient lighting, leather with sporty orange stitching , able to use features with mynissan app... the cvt is definitely not my favorite style transmission, its different than the 5spds im use to. Drives smooth fantastic fuel economy and all for a price i can live with !!

This has been a very reliable economical car to drive. A very good deal for the value if the selling dealership hadn,'t ripped me off by charging so much more than it's worth when I originally purchased the car

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

2022 Nissan Kicks review
I purchased a Kicks the first year they came out (in 2018) and loved it then. But I moved to a small town that is mostly rural was was afraid to keep it since the winters here can be pretty bad with snow. I (unfortunately) traded my Kicks for a Nissan Rogue Sport AWD. There was nothing really wrong with the Sport, but after going through a couple of bad winters, I found that it wasn't as awful as I feared so this year I decided to go back to what I really loved. I traded the Sport for a new Kicks SR. I am so glad I did! It's even better than I remembered. Nimble, responsive, stylish - just plain AWESOME! Nissan has done an incredible job. Totally in love with my Kicks!

Easily the best buying experience I've ever gone through. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I wanted to pay, and I was in and out in 2 hours, trading in my old lease for a new one I loved. Thank you to Matt V for helping me find the perfect car for me, Blake for working with me on numbers, and Tim for being a badass and helping me fill out all the paperwork in record time. Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Got an amazing deal on a Ram 2500. They had the lowest prices on any half ton truck.
2022 Nissan Kicks review
I have the SR model which is nice and sporty looking but as I knew before purchasing it is under powered. I am disappointed in the 12 gallon fuel tank. Even though it does get around 30 miles per gallon in the city I still feel like I'm spending way too much time at gas stations. The pump cuts off at 10 gallons and I have to SLOWLY pack the other 2 gallons in. No power seats and on power rear hatch. Just the right size for grandparents. A lot of nice options and I love the adaptive cruse control. No heat or AC vents in the back seat, could be a problem if carrying passengers. Seat material seems to be hard to clean and attracts lint. The auto headlight dimmer works good and is very handy.

Good quality car. After so many long trips I enjoyed any time with my family, ex. Medellín to Guajira more or less 1000 KMS ~ 600 miles. It is an Mt Advance version and does not have as many technical assistants. But it is a city car, don't expect too much. it doesn't have much strength

Jackie and mina were very helpful. And made the process very easy going and fast
2024 Nissan Kicks review
2024 Nissan Kicks is not going to win any races. It is very sluggish at times. Rear seat space is less than desirable. But it is very enjoyable to drive. I normally get 40 MPG on the interstate driving to Charleston, SC, from Asheville, NC. It handles well, compact and very sharp looking car. Great price point for the features. Comes with an unlimited milage powertrain warranty. 3-year 45K miles bumper to bumper and free maintenance for the first 3 years.

My experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the door. Everyone was so helpful and patient.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
My New 2026 SR is Great except for 2 things. The main thing is a totally messed up radio. It offers everything you could want and much that you don't need. It comes with the Siri. Yuck, it interrupts everything. But, the presets don't work, the station that it says it is playing is wrong. You have to key many stations because it is playing something you don't want to hear. I could go on and on but that is the jest of it. There is a considerable amount of road noise as well. Otherwise, i LOVE it. Nissan refuses to replace the radio or the car. BAD!!!

I’ve had three issues , where I had to bring my Kicks back to the dealership in order to resolve. Each issue was resolved, however, I didn’t want to be part of working out the bugs of a new vehicle! Overall , my wife and I have been pleased with our new 2026 Nissan Kicks !

I recently went in to have my vehicle inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Krysta, the service representative, truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Krysta exceeded all expectations. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Krysta—you won’t be disappointed -Doris
2026 Nissan Kicks review
Just got my 2026 Nissan Kicks SR about a month ago. So far, I am mostly happy with it. It looks great, rides very smooth and the SR trim makes it feel very upscale. I love the shape, the lights, the black mask which frames the rear, and the 19 inch wheels. For a small SUV, it doesn't feel small. I ride high and stately. Now the down side. The engine is definitely underpowered for a vehicle this size and weight. I don't know how the tech crew at Nissan could have approved this peewee engine for this upgraded version (25/26) of the Kicks. Secondly, the gas mileage is crappy. You'd think with such a small engine you'd be saving on gas, but I can't get through an entire week without having to fill up. I was expecting to go much further on a full tank of gas. Lastly, the software for the touch screen is troublesome. I had one incident where the screen froze on some exterior shot after parallel parking, and another in which the speakers suddenly started making terrible screeching sounds. For both, I had to reboot the entire system by holding down the volume button for 15 seconds. That button is, by far, the most valuable button in the whole car. The way the radio/satellite icons are accessed is not at all intuitive or user friendly. I have tried to get a handle on how they operate, but one month in and I'm still figuring it out. Give me a standard AM/FM/Satellite radio with two knobs, 6 presets buttons, and a slot for my CD's and/or cassettes and I'll be far happier. Same with the A/C and heat. Just give me some traditional push buttons and I will be very relieved. Overall, the 2026 Nissan Kicks SR is at best, a 4/5, but possibly even a bit less.

Experience is always good. But I do resent being approached by a salesman to buy another vehicle. My vehicle is less than 18 months old.
2026 Nissan Kicks review
The Nissan Kicks is a great value for the buck ! The Kicks has a four cylinder engine with plenty of power for both around the town & freeway driving, for a small SUV it has good rear cargo space as well. The Kicks has 11 airbags for safety which I like when transporting my two grandsons Attics and Austin! My wife and I made the best choice for a small SUV the Nissan Kicks !!!

I've bought cars over the years, and this dealership impressed me with its straightforward approach. Sales representative Ray Vakill honored our pre-arranged pricing and agreements, and made sure my daughter understood the vehicle's safety features. I would definitely contact Ray for future purchases in Los Angeles. Thank you, Nissan Downtown LA and Ray!

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
2023 Nissan Kicks review
My 2023 Nissan Kicks has everything I was looking for in a new vehicle and then some. It has all of the comforts, technology and safety features that anybody could ask for. Plus the ride is really smooth, and you can turn on a dime.
