More electronics than needed, diffculty clearing previous owner programming, slight throttle hesitation when starting from standing start, power rear seat backs prone to failure, switch or cable at fault? The platinum model is a very nice car regardless of the faults listed previously.

This SUV is perfect for me. It has all the extras I was looking for. It has ample leg room, heated seats for myself and all my passengers. Love the double moon/sunroof and my favorite is the heated steering wheel.

Purchased in 2015 with 29k on odo, now (Dec 2020) at over 100k, never had a breakdown or failure, except tire pressure monitoring. Great interior comfort, roomy, manuverable, plenty of power. Have taken several 1000 mile trips, and commuted 20 miles each way for years. While not recommended for frequent or heavy tows, I occasionally pull my loaded 5 x 8 open utility trailer without issues. An excellent, reliable car. My 2012 is rated at 3500lb towing. Other model years may not be.

We left our house this morning on a mission to look at 5 dealership with basically the same style trucks and packages, just different add ons or colors. Reineke Ford was the first stop. From the second I hit the lot I had a comfortable feeling. We weren't swamped or ganged up on walking the lot. I walked in and asked for the online sales manager who paired me up with a sales representative named Melissa Kia and I was extremely impressed. Her knowledge of Ford trucks and how to operate all the tech and features was spot on. She answered all my questions and showed me every inch and feature in about 15min and already had it by the front door with a tag on it waiting. Prior to this, I had a lifetime of GMC trucks and a recent past with a couple of Rams. Both brands had failed with either an engine rebuild or a transmission so I was ready for something different. She sold me on the features and had me very interested. After the drive I met JB Brentson to put our deal together. We're both hard working parents but given the past few 10 years or so, we've had some life happens kind of things so we knew it would take some help. When our preferred lender Capitol One refused the offer they told us to make, we decided it was time to leave. JB asked me to trust him and give him a chance. He'd make it work. So we did because I truly felt this was going to be the dealership to make it work. So I abandoned the other choices and after about 20min we were signing the papers and shaking hands. It was absolutely refreshing to actually find a dealership that was there for us.
