I???ve been going to this dealership ( KOEPPEL NISSAN QUEENS ) for over 20yrs. My experience there have always been Great . Danny Colon my sales guy is always courteous & very knowledgeable , and answers all the questions I had. Danny takes the time to explain all the details on the vehicle even told me things that I didn???t know about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I keep going back to this dealer because I???m treated with respect.
We dealt exclusively with Earl and he is such a pleasure to do business with. There was a bit of a hiccup with our first purchase but Earl was nothing but HELPFUL and responsive from the beginning, gets back to you promptly if you call/text with questions and concerns. All we had to do was sign and drive as he had everything sorted out and done, including finance (which he worked hard to get us rates that's within our budget!) My husband and I are highly impressed with his effort and ability to get us exactly what we wanted. In the end, we're extremely happy and satisfied with our Benz and the service that was provided for us. Ask Earl to help you out! Definitely recommend!
Friendly, Ivan attend us, treated my family with the upmost respect. Went the extra mile to show us the details of the suv we were asking about. Felt very comfortable and Ivan did not pressure us like they have done in other dealerships. The experience was great.

I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.
Shawn Hutton was my salesman. He took my daughter and I out for a test drive immediately. He gave us all the details of the Nissan Rogue S we were interested in. He even educated us on what a certified vehicle was and all the perks of getting one.
I felt like I was in good hands and although I didn't get the car I will surely return for he was kind and I feel he had my best interested at hand. I have referred friends and family to him.
I went to Nissan City with a specific car/model that I was interested in! They happened to have it on the lot and I took it for a "test drive"! My car salesperson, Shawn Hutton, went "beyond the call of duty"! We went over the financial paperwork, etc. and long story short, I went back the following Saturday to pick up my new 2018 Nissan Rogue SL! Shawn spent almost two hours going over everything in the car and would not let me leave without me feeling comfortable! He is an exceptional salesperson and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Nissan! I have had my car for a short time now and I love everything about it. Most importantly, if I have any questions about the car, I know I can contact Shawn with any questions I might have...he is an asset to Nissan City in Port Chester, NY!
I've always been skeptical about buying used vehicles from "auto malls" and the like, and have always gone the more costly route and bought directly from dealerships that only sell certified pre-owned cars.
However, after doing a little research, looking at their inventory and meeting the owner of Rt. 27 Auto Mall, I took the plunge. It couldn't have been a more comfortable and positive experience. The salesmen and staff are knowledgable, helpful, and not overly pushy. They are also worked very hard to do business with me in a way that was very fair and reasonable, while still managing to maintain transparency and integrity. The entire process was as seamless as one could expect when buying a car.
Most importantly, the staff here exhibited a high level of regard for my (customer) satisfaction. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and very reasonable! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a pre-owned car and would definitely do business with them again!

I have bought several Fords from this dealership and never really felt the urge to write a review but after my last experience I felt I should share. I bought a 2017 F 150 , long story short it turned out to be a lemon. This was Ford's fault not the dealer, they did all they could to keep me happy and worked w me until I had enough and went after corporate to buy it back , which they eventually did. The process was painful and miserable. Ford corporate lost a customer in me and my wife. When I explained this to the dealer , Danny the GM and Vincent the Business Manager did what it would take to keep me in a Ford. They cared enough to pick up the slack when corporate was dropping the ball. I would highly recommend this dealership.
