Awesome experience and I LOVE my new ride!

We had a terrible car buying experience a few cars back. The guy was rude, condescending, and had zero customer service skills. He actually told me I couldn't afford the vehicle I was looking at. I literally left the showroom in a rage. The last time we bought a car, we came to Nissan North after doing some online research, and while not perfect, it was certainly a MUCH better experience, so when we decided it was time for a new car, we decided to try Nissan North again. By luck of the draw, we ended up with Jason Peters and he was dynamite! From the start he was attentive and listened to what we had to say. Not only listened, but heard, remembered, processed, and tailored our car buying experience based on our needs and opinions. Everything we told him was important to us in a vehicle, he made sure to not only include those features in the vehicles he showed us, but he made sure to specifically demonstrate all of the features we had told him we were concerned about. One big worry was back seat room. We are both larger people and our old car left VERY little leg room for passengers riding in back. So before each test drive, Jason had me set the driver seat to the most comfortable spot for myself and then he actually got into the back seat himself behind my seat and had me get back out and look to see the fit for myself. He is quite a tall guy, so this was incredibly helpful in knowing which cars actually had excellent back seat leg room for most people. Talking about roominess or telling you figures or dimensions is one thing, but having a physical demonstration goes way further in helping make an informed decision and we really appreciated him not only taking the time, but the initiative to demonstrate the reality of the back seat passenger space for us in a simple, fast, and effective way. He brought me multiple cars to test drive, taking his time with us and our needs. We did some research first on the website and had some vehicles in mind, but Jason also made suggestions and the vehicle I ended up choosing was one he strongly recommended. This guy made our car buying experience a fun and informative afternoon to enjoy as opposed to a chore to be endured or suffered through. He was bright and charming, smart and funny. Absolutely knew his way around the lot and around cars. He gave me all kinds of great information to help me make my decision and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I drove off the lot the same day. Once I had settled on my Nissan Altima, he made sure to explain, at length, how some of the most important features functioned. He could have tossed me the keys once he had my money and said, "Have a nice day sir!" and that would have been that. No harm, no foul. He would have done his job at that point with no complaints from me, but he went out to the vehicle with me, synched my phone to the car's Bluetooth system and gave me an in depth demonstration of how the key fobs functioned. They are significantly more complicated than the ones I was used to for my old car, so his concise class on how to use them was invaluable. He also made sure I had his number in my phone and told me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to contact him. When I left, I felt confident in both my choice of vehicle as well as my ability to operate all the bells and whistles on it thanks to Jason Peters. Obviously the first experience we had with Nissan North was better enough to make us try them again, but this experience has probably earned them a lifetime customer and Jason will definitely be our go to guy every time! Could not be happier with a car buying experience, unless we hit one of those, "You're our 12351254312th customer and won this car free!" kind of scenarios lol Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for Nissan North, and specifically for Jason Peters! Way to knock it out of the park guys!
