This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Melanie, Tairon, and Todd were the trio I never knew was needed. I walked wanting a Bronco Badlands, and I walked out with one! We did go back and forth abit about financing but with Melanie and Tairons persistence, they got me where I needed to be. I even gotten a screen protector installed as well. The staff there are also very playful and laid back and not too sales pitchy. Thanks guys!

The staff made a very positive impression, especially the sales consultant, Zizi. She explained everything well and helped me set it up. Now I'm the happy owner of a Chevrolet Selverado LTZ. It's fantastic! I highly recommend it!

I loved this car but they wouldn't bend for an affordable payment. Looking for better deal, or wait for better rates maybe somewhere else to shop.

Modern Nissan of Lake Norman review
Your service drive was hands down the best, keep up the great work. I will be back.
2021 Nissan Rogue review
I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace a Lexus ES 350 that was 11 years old. I was prepared to keep that car forever, but it was totaled in an accident. I went to CARMAX looking for another luxury vehicle, and then I saw this Rogue Platinum. It looked like new, but it was 5 years old with under 40,000 miles on it. It was Pearl White with an Absolute Black top. The exterior had only a small blemish on a rear door, otherwise it was perfect. What sold me on the car was the interior. It was a Saddle-and-Black combination with top-quality leather not found in this class of compact SUVs. Being a Platinum trim level, it had every option one could imagine - more than my old Lexus had. The interior also looked brand new. The car is comfortable, quiet, and brilliantly appointed. I've seen both great and terrible reviews on the Rogue, so I did purchase the CAREMAX extended warranty. I have had the car for only a month. Will it continue to delight me or disappoint me in the months ahead? Time will tell, but I love it now.

Quick and efficient team. Even though it was busy, the advisor was very helpful and took his time with me as he did with the other customers I watched him interact with. Very informative video from the tech helped me decide what items I needed to focus on to keep my vehicle going for months/years to come.

Quick and hassle free. Just a basic oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was polite from the advisor, porter, lady’s at the front desk and some of the sales team that were checking to see if I would like to trade. I was very interested in that offer as I am looking to get a new vehicle at the 1st of the year.

Scott Clark ToyotaReviews
Scott Clark Toyota review
There are certain things that a dealership can do to leave a lasting impression on their customers. My wife and I had such an occurrence yesterday. A very positive occurrence. We intended to purchase a new Toyota Sienna. But the key for us was my wife's ability (she is wed to a wheelchair) to actually get into the front seat passenger side since she cannot drive. No such luck. Unlike our 2020 Honda Odyssey, which is easy for her, the Sienna was unfortunately about 5 inches too tall for her to reach the seat. What made the experience so memorable for us was the combination of Mike Lasiter (salesman) and Eddie Powell (sales mgr). They tried so many different approaches including seeing if they could find a replacement seat which would allow my wife easier access. It was amazing to see these two work so hard to help a customer. Sure they wanted to sell a car. But they went way beyond that to help us. In addition, I cannot imagine a customer finding a better facility to both purchase a car and to also have it serviced. The dealership's attention to detail on customer service was amazing. They had 72 service bays, a wonderful seating area for their customers, actual food customers could purchase instead of just a vending machine and to top it off, they offered a manicure service , free of charge, to any customer waiting for their car. Try matching that at most dealers. Each employee we spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful (Yvette Pete Acree, etc). So the upshot of the visit was Eddie Powell and Mike Lasiter ended up recommending we go to Kia Union County dealership up the road and take a look at their vehicles which might fit my wife's need. So we did and ended up purchasing a new Kia minivan. And all the while I wished we could have become a customer of Scott Clark's dealership. So if you happen to be in the market for a new or used vehicle, I could not imagine a better sales and service experience or perhaps better said, a tremendous customer experience than that at Scott Clark Toyota. And no I am not a paid employee or anything like that. I am a customer who knows great customer service when he sees and experiences it.

I recently purchased a 2018 Infiniti QX30 and had the pleasure of working with Ali Abdulla. From the moment we connected, Ali’s positive attitude and professionalism stood out. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions with confidence and care. His knowledge about the vehicle and the process was impressive, and he truly went the extra mile to make sure I got the right deal that worked for me. I never felt pressured—just supported. If you’re looking for someone who is genuinely committed to helping you, I highly recommend asking for Ali. Outstanding service from start to finish!

Bill was very nice and informed me on my 60,000 mile service which was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the military discount very much. It's always nice talking to a fellow soldier (ARMY). Vanessa scheduled the appointment for me and provided me with a loaner that I am very thankful for. She is wonderful to work with. Dallas always keeps me laughing and I still appreciate everything you done when I bought my XC90 T6 Inscription in May 2023 with you being the salesperson.
