Mentor Nissan review
It is always daunting shopping for cars. Domenic who has over a decade of sales experience did not seem like a shady salesman. He really put us at ease and gave us space to look at cars. He didn’t take advantage of our openness with our budget and he along with Danny really worked hard so that my daughter could walk out with the car she wanted, a Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Sentra at her budgeted price. They didn’t get upset when they found out we didn’t need financing but really worked to meet our budget. You could see that they cared for us as a Customer and were very friendly and not overpowering. I highly recommend this dealership and plan to recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can’t express what a relief it was to be heard. Domenic has a great personality and will work hard to get you in the car of your dreams. Best car shopping experience! Will definitely shop here for my next car!

Next Step Auto Sales LLC review
I drove 5 hours to get to Next Step to purchase my car. It was quite the trip, but totally worth it. The reason is that #1, they are very honest and kind. Matt and Mike are upfront and have a great deal of integrity. They worked together to get my business and to seek out options that allowed me to leave extremely happy and well taken care of. When my wife updates her van, you know where I will be contacting first! Great job guys!!!

I received an email from Ganley Mayfield that due to time that my car may need some service and I should have it checked. I was able to get an appointment quickly on line and Mr. Cordis was very helpful when I arrived. It did not take long to have those items checked. I am pleased .
2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"

Chris Ross is a great person and I am glad that he is working at ur company. He picked up my car and they did the oil change and the tire rotation. He is very on top of things and answers all of our questions, and if he doesn?t know the answers he will call u back when he finds out. He also delivered our jeep back to us. I have been dealing with this same dealership for over ten years and bought all of our new cars there. He has been the best that they ever had in all those years. He cares about the customers and a great people person. Don?t ever let him go .

Mercedes-Benz of Akron review
I recently purchased an AMG SL55 from Akron Mercedes-Benz, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful since you don't have the opportunity to see or drive it in person, but Tyler Garcia made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Tyler took the time to provide a detailed video walkaround of the car, carefully inspecting every body panel, wheel, and feature so I knew exactly what I was buying. The car arrived exactly as represented—in absolutely pristine condition. Throughout the process, Tyler was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He answered every question promptly, kept me informed at every step, and made me feel completely confident in my purchase. The paperwork was straightforward and hassle-free, making the transaction incredibly easy. I've purchased several new vehicles over the years, and this was, without question, the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. After the paperwork was completed and the wire transfer was received, my car was loaded onto a transport truck within 48 hours and delivered to my home just 24 hours later. That's truly first-class service. If you're considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz—whether you're local or buying from out of state—I highly recommend Tyler Garcia and the team at Akron Mercedes-Benz. They made what could have been a complicated long-distance purchase feel effortless, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
