Highly recommend!!! We had the *best* experience at Clay Cooley Volkswagen! Louie helped us find the perfect SUV and a plan that met our needs both from the perspective of where we were in our lives and at the right price point. He felt more like a new friends than a sales representative. Once we're in the market for a another car, we'll certainly be going back to Louie and the team at Clay Cooley Volkswagen Park Cities!

Principle Volkswagen Grapevine review
Excellent Volkswagen Service Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Volkswagen service center in Irving, Grapevine area, for my Volkswagen Tiguan regarding some warranty-related concerns. Initially, I wasn’t sure whether the repairs would be covered under warranty, but the service team thoroughly checked everything and explained the coverage clearly. I had an urgent need for the vehicle back within a short timeframe, and the team was extremely helpful in prioritizing my vehicle. They completed all the major required repairs, including several engine-related items, along with a complete cleaning and inspection. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, communication, teamwork, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire service was completed 100% under warranty with no out-of-pocket cost, which was a great experience. Thank you to the entire service team for your excellent support and teamwork! I’m 100% satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this Volkswagen service center to other Volkswagen owners. I’ll certainly be coming back here for my future service needs.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Samir (sp?) and Leon are absolutely lovely human beings and really made everything go so smoothly. I would be remiss if I did not mention Zach (sp?) who worked out the specifics prior to our arrival. I did not catch her name, but the customer professional who greeted us and made sure we are taken care of is so nice and super helpful. And everyone had a sense of humor! Love it!

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

CarMax Lithia Springs review
Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
