Despite my initial skepticism about a three-year-old car with only 5,000 miles, Stephanie's thorough knowledge of the vehicle's history put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, transforming my concerns into confidence. I also want to give a shoutout to Corey in finance. He took the time to explain prepayment policies and extended warranties, making sure I understood my options without pushing unnecessary sales. It was refreshing to receive genuine advice that felt beneficial rather than just a sales pitch. With two more leases ending in April 2025, I’m already considering reaching out to Route 23 Nissan again. Their inventory is truly impressive—not only did I see a Bentley GT in the showroom, but I also noticed a new model Land Rover Range Rover in the lot. It’s clear that they cater to a wide range of customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Route 23 Nissan stands out. Let me first start by saying that this review was completely unsolicited and was not asked of me. I simply felt the need to share my experience. Nissan of White Plains is a smaller Nissan showroom dealership, but they are extremely efficient, professional, and welcoming. Their pricing is very competitive, and the entire team made the buying process smooth quick and most importantly transparent. Nelson and his team, especially my salesman Pedro Tavares, were excellent. They addressed all of my concerns regarding pricing and the value of my trade-in and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. There were no surprises, no unnecessary pressure, and no runaround. I would highly recommend Nissan of White Plains to anyone looking for a Nissan, whether you’re purchasing a new or used vehicle. If you’re in the market for a Nissan, definitely give them an opportunity—you won’t be disappointed with the experience.
