Great customer service by Roberto!! He was courteous, respectful & NOT pushy. He answered all our questions regardless whom he had to seek out. Would strongly recommend Robert O for Acura recognition as well as for any customer desiring an open & pleasurable car buying experience.
2024 Nissan Sentra review
I HAD TWO (MINOR?) PROBLEMS WITH MY NISSAN SENTRA SV 2024 SO FAR; REPAIRED BY THE CAR BASIC WARRANTY (I ONLY ‘PAID’ IN TIME WAITING IN THE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER). 1. BATTERY SUDDENLY DRAINED: THE PROBLEM BEGAN AT AROUND 3,200 MILES AND IT TOOK THREE DIAGNOSTIC VISITS, THE LAST ONE FOCUSING ON THE PARASITIC DRAIN, TO FIND A PROBLEM INVOLVING THE BATTERY. BATTERY AND RELATED PARTS REPLACED SUCCESSFULLY (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY). 2. POWER WINDOWS MECHANISM BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS AROUND 5,200 MILES (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY).

Central Florida ToyotaReviews
Central Florida Toyota review
I drove over a hour to get to this dealership, and I’m glad I did. The entire staff at Central Florida Toyota made the car buying process stress free and fast! I purchased a 4Runner, and had the pleasure of working with Johan Valles (sales), and Roberto Ercolani (business manager). They were both consummate professionals, who genuinely wanted me to have a great experience. They were friendly and easy to talk to, while also being knowledgeable about their craft. This was my first time at this dealership, and it will not be my last. I would definitely recommend CFT to friends and family!

AutoNation Ford Sanford review
I had a great experience with AutoNation Ford Sanford for an A/C diagnostic on my vehicle. From start to finish, the staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Derek was especially helpful and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I also really appreciated the extra care they took with my vehicle… it was returned to me freshly washed and cleaned, which was a very nice touch. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely recommend AutoNation Ford Sanford and will gladly return for future service needs. Thank you to Derek and the entire team!

They had the car I wanted, but they need to be more flexible on their price negotiation. They have a very obsolete no-haggle price. Nowadays, that don't work and make customer unhappy. Other than the fact, that I found the car I wanted since a long time, I wouldn't gone that far to deal with the dealership.

Universal NissanReviews
Universal Nissan review
Words like amazing, easy, honest, friendly, and helpful perfectly describe our experience with Universal Nissan and Prosper, our sales representative. I had initially worked out a deal with Sutherlin Nissan, but unfortunately, they proved to be dishonest, trying to change the terms at the last minute after everything had already been agreed upon. Frustrated, I reached out to Universal Nissan and shared the details of what happened at Sutherlin, along with the deal we had negotiated. Right away, Prosper was eager to match the deal and earn our business. I sent him a photo of the original offer, and he went into action. It was effortless—just a few phone calls and texts, and they matched the deal without any hassle in about 30 minutes. This truly was the smoothest and best car-buying experience we've ever had. By 11:00 pm that same night, we drove home in our brand-new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR, complete with not just the new car warranty but also a year of free maintenance and a lifetime warranty on the engine and powertrain. We couldn't be happier! If you're in the market for a car, definitely ask for Prosper. He’ll treat you with respect and take great care of you. Tell him Mike and Viki sent you! Thank you Prosper for going above and beyond for your customers

Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando review
On 11/2/2021-I took my car to have the recall for my hood serviced. Cynthia took care of me in the service department. She was friendly and kept letting me know how much longer is was going to be. I was serviced in the time she had told me. I had forgotten to ask them to look and a piece of rubber that was hanging down. She quickly had someone fix it for me. Very pleased with southern Nissan of Orlando.
