I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sellers Subaru and especially with Jazlyn's help. It took me about 5 months to finally make a purchase and Jazlyn always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. We have another Subaru dealership closer to us, but we decided to go the extra distance so we could work with Sellers Subaru. Finance manager Kyle was also helpful explaining the additional options available to add to the car. It would have been nice to have known about these additional add-ons such as windshield protection, tire repair, etc. BEFORE the actual signing of the sale. I don't like to make these additional purchases without time to think about them. On a side note they have a great coffee and snack bar!
Had a great experience getting our new Toyota here. Everyone was friendly and the entire process from start to finish was fast (which has been on my greatest frustrations during previous car purchases). I love my new Highlander, it was exactly the car I had researched and wanted for months only finally deciding to pull the trigger after taking to Molly over email. Will definitely be back and tell others.
I've been to Carite in New Baltimore 3 times for service. The employees there are all so kind. Today I delt with Jim and Tim in service. They were fantastic. I feel that they are very honest. That is where I will always bring my vehicles. Thank you!
The service department took care of my car better than expected. Specifically Eric, the Service Manager, has one hell of a good mechanic in Mr. Jimmy Taliaferro. I was even able to meet and spend some time with the Chesterfield CARite Manager: he too was very kind. The entire team took care of me and I will most definitely return. As a disabled Vet I want to thank the entire staff!
After not finding the new 2017 Jeep I was seeking at my local go to dealership I broadened my search distance. After looking at Jeeps at 7 dealerships far from home and being discouraged for various reasons regarding these visits, I had one more go at it and drove to Snethkamp Jeep far away. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. Josh was amazing. He was able to put me into the 2019 Nissan Altima 2.5SL Platinum for a price another dealer was selling me a 2019 Altima SR. I would definitely recommend Josh and Suburban for anyone who is in the market.
