Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. It had no low points. The price was very very good. Gifford and Austin were part of the team. Mia worked with us for several hours because our case was complicated. We were not in the state where we reside and so insurance and registration took a little more time. Through it all, we were comfortable. The dealership is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership.

When I tried calling to follow up, my calls would go straight to voicemail after only a couple of rings, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. It was disappointing because the excitement of buying a new car was being overshadowed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Finally, I decided to call the service department directly, and that's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Billy Robinson in the Make Ready Department. From the moment he answered the phone, everything changed. Billy listened patiently to my concerns, treated me with genuine respect, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He didn't make excuses or pass me off to someone else, he simply said he would take care of it, and he absolutely did. True to his word, Billy had everything arranged and completed the very next day. After more than a month of waiting and getting nowhere, he accomplished in one day. That level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. Billy Robinson is exactly the kind of employee every dealership hopes to have. He is courteous, compassionate, accountable, and truly cares about his customers. He turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one simply by doing what he said he would do. His outstanding communication and willingness to help restore my confidence in the dealership. 2020 Nissan Versa review
If you have a child in car seat, know that when you use key faub to unlock car the doors automatically lock once you open the door after like 30 seconds. I set keys down next to car seat and closed door. I had to call fire department because I locked son in car. Just a heads up. I thought door beeped and stayed unlocked if you left you keys in car but not in this situation.

My husband and I were in a rollover crash on Saturday in Hattiesburg and had no car to load all of our belongings from the totaled car. Mia greeted us as we walked in and brought water for us right away and offered snacks. She showed us the truck she had on the lot for us to see and went over all the high points. It had no low points. The price was very very good. Gifford and Austin were part of the team. Mia worked with us for several hours because our case was complicated. We were not in the state where we reside and so insurance and registration took a little more time. Through it all, we were comfortable. The dealership is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership.
