I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
Just bought my second Mini Cooper from this dealer. From the time I walked in till the time I left everything was perfect. The sales associate Spiro Borgris is the best...knowledgeable, patient, caring, and so willing to assist me and make sure that I am totally happy and satisfied with my purchase. He is always spot on with everything. I always tell everyone I know how great Spiro is.
I dealt with Artie, Jason, & Sean. I didn’t feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. Sean found the best warrantee possible for my vehicle. Didn’t get annoying phone calls for follow up and they showed me what I was looking for and worked with the price.
After struggling with an old Nissan being repaired but another dealership, we almost lost faith in Nissan. However, the sales manager and salesman, Michael Britt we have our faith back!

I purchased 2 cars and leased 1 from Nissan of Middletown. The finance manager was able to get me an awesome rate. My car salesman Andrew M. is amazing. He may look young but he has old fashion values that put the customer ahead of the almighty buck. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the numbers even though he wasn't getting a commission on the deal. He went above and beyond for me to make the transaction smooth and easy. I highly recommend seeing him if you are shopping for a vehicle.
I was looking for a pre-owned car and saw one online at MAG Auto Group. . After looking at couple of cars I purchased the one Poppy recommemded and I love it! He made the entire experience a great one!
Meet the sales person-polite,courteous, respectful-Imade my intentions clear on the reason for my visit. No pressure to buy right then and there. Was seen right away, and within a few minutes, went for a test drive. Salesman experienced and knowledgeable about the car. Gave me a copy of a hand written price, which I told him I would look over and possibly consider. Policy is to meet the manager, who I found to be pleasant, polite, and respectful; no pressure to buy the car. More managers could learn from him. If I do purchase this vehicle, I'll update my review on my total experience. At this time, things have gone well.
Very good experience. Pricing was great. Spoke with a few other dealerships about where I wanted to be on price and they practically laughed at me. Kenny was awesome and I'm so pleased with my new Optima.
