These guys were SO good to me. The owner heard through a friend that I was without a car. I have a 7 year old nephew, that I'm raising, and was planning to use my tax returns to buy a cheap car. This car is nice but beware your power steering may turn on and off while driving. This happens at any speed. I really liked my Versa until the power steering started acting up. I took the car back to the dealership. They wanted five grand to repair the car. They said they would have to replace the whole steering column. I ended up giving the car back to the bank.

Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. We were not prepared to have to buy a new vehicle, but our car was totaled in an accident. We had just purchased our first new home and had incurred a lot of expenses. They were willing to work with not only our low credit, but the insurance and gap people, as well to help get us into a car when our rental ran out. Even with our old loan still showing, they were able to show the banks the insurance/gap were paying it off. MANY other dealers weren't willing to work with our situation, but since they are a larger company they were able to still make things happen. We were afraid of needing to uber for an extended length of time and didn't want to throw money down the drain. They were caring enough to take not only our business but to also give us a loaner car until our car was ready. They also drove our car up from another dealer which made the sale. We had our hearts in our old kia sorento (we originally talked with the managers at kia next door), but were able to find something comparable in size and price, with less miles, more warranty and coverage, and a few extra bells and whistles our old car didn't have. After purchasing, they did a full inspection and checked our brakes, they also gave us a week to comment on any scratches/chips/or things not working correctly, that they will fix. On top of that, they were able to work across dealers under "Fred Anderson" to ensure we got the car we wanted/needed in a timely manner so we wouldn't continue to incur out of pocket expenses. They even brought a car from the neighbor store to do a side by side comparison. This whole process from the date of total to the date of purchase was 2 weeks, however working with the Nissan team of Raleigh was a 3 day process due to our situation. We are just thankful they could work with our situation and help us out! Also, due to us getting a car from the fayetteville store, there wasn't room to lessen the price, but they worked with us to keep our payment lower while including protection and gap insurance. Overall, we experienced a rainbow after the storm, and are quite happy with our decision to go with Fred Anderson!

This is the second Nissan Versa I’ve owned and I love it. I love the style of the hatchback. It’s like a super mom car without the bulk of a van. It’s great on gas, I drive a lot with work and taking my boys out so gas mileage is awesome. Haven’t had any mechanical issues. Very reliable.

I've been burned by used car dealers. I also have a "boomer" uncle who sold used cars from the 70's - 90's. I counted the seconds before the bait-and-switch. I even abandoned a conversation with Andre b/c I did not get my question answered before he asked for my t-phone number. Still, I went in to check out the two trucks I wanted to investigate. Andre hooked me up with Sam Isaac. First, Sam listened - what I wanted and what I didn't. When I asked about 2 trucks and became interested in a 3rd, he brought back the third key and a cup of cold water. I appreciated the kindness. Second - he didn't hover. I took notes, crawled under the vehicle, compared internet notes and snapped pics of items of interest. He let me take my time and popped in / out as I did my homework. "What do I need to do to earn your business?" can be translated to 'where can I focus my sales skills to wear you down'. He really meant it. He brought over the finance guy who brought out several documents that were indicative of transparency. I had already downloaded some of these docs and they were the same. I began to relax because ...truth. The obligatory extended warranty discussion was held. And it was a discussion...he extolled benefits. I explained my rationale to refuse. He smiled and said, "It's my job to ask." And with a wink, he was gone. I had a 70% chance of returning the vehicle within the 5 days b/c I had a trick up my sleeve. I was going to the dealership and they were going to take 2 hours tearing into the truck and list all the problems that were be hidden. You would not BELIEVE what they found! Nothing. Nada. It was exactly what they said it was. I was so impressed that I went back to Sam and told him how much I appreciated my treatment, his honesty, and the transparency across the board. I gladly shared my story with Kevin Condon b/c as the manager, he needs to hear the good, the bad, and the WTH? I was met again with the same transparency and graciousness. Maybe I'm just a lucky SOB. Or maybe they are what they say they are. I think you should go in and find out for yourself. I'm already recommending them to my co-workers and friends.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

This is an excellent car in my opinion I have been driving it a little while now and it’s great in the interstate (the steering takes a little getting used to) and it’s excellent in town with great fuel economy. I even love the sound system!

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! Thanks Carvana!

I have bought several new vehicles. After a week this is the first one I am not having doubts about my purchase. All experts advise against the Versa. Interior is nice and comfortable. Only thing I don’t like is the digital display. It reminds me of a cheap digital watch from the 70s. Not hard to get past when I look at the gas gauge barely going down after a 100 mile daily commute. I drive 80 percent highway and 20 percent city and average 38 mpg. Estimate is 35 highway and 27 city. I’m getting better than that. I love the space in the cabin and the large trunk. Clutch and shifter feel much better than more expensive cars I have had. Everyone likes the exterior styling. I’m not a fan of the CVT transmission so if you’re comfortable with a manual I would definitely go with it. Mine ether 2018.5 so I have the large display radio with backup camera and hands free phone which I really like. I have manual windows and locks which is fine by me. So far it’s been the perfect commuter vehicle.

I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

This car met all of my needs it has plenty of legroom comfy seats 4 doors drives real well I get original owner engine replacement for life I left the lot with only 14 miles on this car and I must say I am satisfied with it
