I visited this used auto dealership a little apprehensively - had recently gone to a dealership specializing in used inventory and my experience was not much to write about. From the time I met with general manager Justin DesPres to the end of my visit I could not have been more impressed! Although I did not leave having made a purchase, its my intention to do so in the next 7 days (had to firm up some details before purchase). Justin is clearly prepared to do business - he was much more motivated and knowledgeable than the previous place I visited.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. I will be going back soon to upgrade because i know ill be treated like family . LISA and Heath Thank you soooo Much.
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.
Carl Ekholm and Mark Nicolai of Cantin Chevrolet completely hooked me up. After a year and a half of enjoying the slightly used 16' Colorado I got in trade from them, I explained my need to go full size again and traded for a same mileage, very nice, slightly used 15' Silverado. Even Trade and an added year of bumper to bumper warranty because it is a "Certified Vehicle". Awesome deal on a great truck!
Go see those guys if your looking to buy or trade.
They have my Colorado on their lot now and I can tell you that it is a very well cared for, very nice, medium sized truck.
With the deals they are cutting it may not be there long.
After a poor experience at a dealership in Maine, I made the 2 hour and 15 minute drive to Laconia and Irwin’s to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Prius. My experience was outstanding and the prices were surprising in a good way. I ended up with far more car for almost $2,000 less than I would have paid here in Maine. I HIGHLY recommend making the drive, not only is it a beautiful drive, it’s also totally worth the buying experience.
It is refreshing to know that not only does the dealership offer the best pricing around, but also has knowledgeable sales staff like Josh Beachum and Michelle Whitney to step you through the process. I am very pleased and excited about owning our new RAV4 !

I LOVE the Irwin group! When i thought i was stuck in My old car, and lost all hope with finding a new to me car, Erik Faro restored my hope! I’ve never seen a person work so hard for me to give me the satisfaction i wanted. When all other places gave me the run around and denied me, Erik got me approved and made the buying process a dream! Other dealers I’ve sat there for over 4 hours.... i was literally there about an hour and everything was done. I want to thank Erik for everything he did for me. If i ever need another vehicle I’ll be going to Irwin’s for sure! Totally worth the 2 hour drive!
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!

Tony Harris in service is amazing to work with. I never feel pressured to pay for something I don't need. Said my air filter needed changing, but was upfront and honest that it was something I could do myself for allot less money. Tony is very knowledgeable and always clearly shows me all the things that could be done to my car for service, but breaks it down into "Needs to be taken care of" and "Can wait" or "optional". Always makes sure my car is ready by the time I need to be out of there (to go pick up kiddo from school). Goes the extra mile with little things like helping me take my kids car seat out of my car when I need to switch to a rental. Tony understands that buying a new set of tires is a big expense and I might need to consult with my spouse. Doesn't pressure me to buy the tires from them, just wants me to get a good deal anywhere I can find one. Can't say enough about the entire service department. Super clean and I never mind hanging around in their comfortable lounge area. One day I brought my salad for lunch to each while I was waiting, but i forgot a fork :( The receptionist gave me and extra plastic one that she had brought for lunch so I could still eat my salad. All the little things everyone does here to help the customers adds up to make coming here to buy a car or use the service department a great overall and non-stressful experience. Would highly recommend!
