Not the fanciest sports car, but the fastest for the money. It compares in price to the Mazda Miata, but is roomier and much faster. I've owned both, along with a 2012 Corvette and I can tell you it's closer to the Vet in power, than it is to the MX5. It's interior is old school, but it runs and handles. You could get a Porsche, but the money would be much more, and the maintenance is much more expensive, plus it's not as reliable.

LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. My sales rep Teo was very knowledgeable and patient while Erika the finance manager was looking to get me approved with one of their banks. I've been owning 370Z for 8 years. My Z is a Base version with MT. When I bought it, I was choosing between 370Z, BMW Z4, Chevrolet Corvette and Ford Mustang. I wanted some cheap, simple and reliable "old school" sports car with manual gearbox. I finally chose Z, and I've never had a single regret. Of course, it's not the fastest car, not the most comfortable one, and it's not luxurious at all, but it's unbeatable by the quality/performance/reliability/price ratio. The VQ37 is a bullet-proof engine with endless lifespan. My Z has never been in service for all 8 years and 40k miles (I do all periodic maintenance myself in my garage). I bought it brand new for $28k, and I don't know any other sports car with the same level of power and handling for this money. What else... Cheap parts (as for any other Nissan), HUGE amount of affordable after-market performance upgrades, simple design and great reliability. The only complain I have about 370Z is that the base version seats are not very comfortable, and after 2-3 hours of driving your back may start asking for stopping and taking some rest.

Great car for 6-8 hour trips. Cannot beat it for all around fun. Typically put 5-6 k miles on per year. Very reliable. Sold it and got a 2014 370 z roadster. Very hard decision to sell the 2008. Both cars have stand out features.

The good. - Great sports car! - Holds its value (Avrg. 5yr. old GTR w/20k mi. ~$70K) - Amazing engine and trannie "quality". -- Stock can roughly yield 485hp to the ground -- FBO/e85 can get you north of 600hp/600tq -- Stock engine/trannie can only handle 600hp/600tq -- Most tuners will limit the tune, unless internals are upgraded - Ride is as smooth as any other serious sport car (tight suspension) The Bad and the Ugly - Outdated, 12yr old technology all around -- DCT gear change is considered laggy using today's standards -- Noisy DCT, more than normal -- Break rotors tend to crack, just like the sides on the leather seats - $100K+ car with a budget customer service -- Nissan is a budget car company, so don't expect BMW level service -- Nissan experience (all the used car sales tactics in the book) -- Nissan managers will "typically" use the GTR as their toy car and try to sell it to you like new with miles -- Fluid changes are better done by you or someone you trust Recommendation: - Buy a used, low miles GTR with good history (may save $30K) - Or buy a heavily discounted new GTRs - If you modify it, you may risk voiding warranty if its found tune related; mod it once warr. is expired.

I love my Z so much that I bought two. I purchased my first Z car in 2009 - a 370Z Touring with the Sport Package in Monterey Blue. It was absolutely gorgeous. In 2015, I traded that Z on a new 370Z Nismo Tech in Solid Red. Both Zs were 6-speed manuals, and I wouldn't have it any other way. To this day I still get compliments when I drive it due its stunning design that still looks fresh all these years later. The aftermarket for this car is vast and the possibilities are endless for modifications. The only real drawback of this car for me is the lack of an up-to-date infotainment system.

I love the design of this car and the complete look of it. The interior is not the best but it’s definitely sports car feel. The car handles so well it’s hard not to speed. I recommend to anyone that doesn’t need the space and is looking for something to have fun in and enjoy.

It's a sports car: so I wouldn't buy this as daily commute/family car. However, it is perfect when you get a little me time! I just wished the speedometer wasn't so tiny and it also displayed in digital. Thus far that is my only grip.
