My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
All the staff at Biurne???s Are knowledgeable, courtesy and caring. Their vehicles are exceptional value for money. I love the service department. Ben is wonderful. He cares about you and your vehicle. I trust they will take care of my car, like it was their own. That???s a quality that I feel has been lost at other dealers and service department. Thsnk you. Keep up the good work. I recommend everyone to go by and experience the special treatment.
I have been to multiple dealerships the past few months and no one wanted to help me. My lease was up in a few months and my credit is not that great. Gary was amazing I told him my situation and he did not turn me away. We were able to get me into my dream car and the payments are right where I wanted to be. I was treated with respect and had tons of help. Thank you guys so much!!!
In September I started researching a new car to buy. I owned a Nissan Xterra that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car so my first stop was to the Nissan dealership. Aaron was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and finding out exactly what I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and not ready to buy yet. He didn’t pressure me but explained about the promotions at that time, took my information and offered to stay in touch. He would call or text me every couple of weeks to let me know when they had the car I was interested in.
After checking other cars and dealerships, I decided to purchase a Nissan Rogue. I am thankful to Aaron for keeping in touch and letting me take time to make my decision. He found the perfect car for me and then introduced me to Ray, Sales Manager who helped me through the next process.
Ray was so helpful. He really worked to get everything that I wanted and the price I needed. They were very busy but Ray never rushed me and took a lot of time to explain things. He walked me through the whole process. I had a few questions after I bought the car and he called me back immediately to answer them. He was always friendly and never acted like I was bothering him. Buying a car is not always a fun experience but this time it was. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Ray and Aaron!

I was greeted by Matt Griffin before I even had time to turn off my car engine. Matt had his usual big friendly smile. He took my car for service in less than 5 minutes and informed me of how long the repairs would take. Repairs were completed on time. My car was returned sparkling clean. Again Matt greeted me as soon as I arrived at the dealership and took me to my car. I feel like family when I get my car serviced at this Nissan dealership.
Went in for the quick service and was happy to get my filthy car cleaned also. Oil and filter and tire rotation and cleaned in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Oh, did I mention the great waiting area too.
Trent did his magic via phone calls back and forth in New Jersey and final sale today with me and my uncle. he got the car I wanted for the price we were willing to pay. deff your guy to see if your looking in state or out of state like I did. ?👏
We did our entire deal over the phone/internet. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. Irish Dave had all of the paperwork complete and ready to go. He is a fantastic salesman and an all-around great guy. Definitely recommend the dealer and especially Irish Dave!!
Went to see a used Honda civic, and Jimmy " Superman" Hanlan was the salesperson. Took the test drive, and all good..No pressure at all, which made it a pleasant test drive..We didn't buy the car, but the the salesman was very professional, and followed up with e mails. I liked this dealership
Came to this dealership uneasy as all other dealerships have screwed me over. The general manager Tim and salesman Barry took me under their wing, treated me as they would their own family and found me the greatest deal!! I've never until now walked out of a dealership confident and happy with my purchase!! One happy girl!
This is my 2nd vehicle from RC Hill Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier. I came in to service my 2012 Outlander Sport, which I had been thinking of trading in, but was planning to wait a little longer. Chad knew exactly what to say to spark my interest. He must be a mind reader, because his choice of car for me was absolutely perfect! The entire staff at this dealership is amazing. Kudos to RC Hill & my new buddy Chad.
