It was mostly a good experience, but there were a few instances where we felt pressured or where the sales person could have been more accommodating.
2018 Nissan Leaf review
I purchased the 2018 Leaf new in 2018. The only maintenance I’ve had is new tires and windshield wipers. I’m very happy with the car as I only use it about town. I only wish the range was a little greater than 150 miles. It has gone down to about 140 after 6 years.

Harvard Ford review
This dealership was recommended to me after a couple of bad experiences at the one I had before. Harvard ford will be my main dealership from now on and I'm from Rockford. Top notch from the service department to the sales department and everyone else in between. Took care of my issues and explained everything with professionalism. 5 stars for Harvard Ford
2023 Nissan Leaf review
This car drives very smoothly. For such a small car, you don’t feel the road. It feels like you are in an airplane. I have received many compliments from my passengers.

Gavi was amazing to work with!! Very nice person and he made the experience buying the vehicle seamless. Highly recommend Gavi and I40 Auto. My friend also bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey the same day. Great deal on both cars!!

The excellent service started right at the door! I spoke with Jay Passey and he was very informative with the vehicle I was buying. Very respectful individual and kept constant communication with me and his boss to ensure I left the dealership the same day! Jay was able to put the vehicle on the car lift for me to observe the under side of the vehicle. Great dealership! Also finished paperwork with Eric in finance department and worked quickly, professionally, and efficient! Great job to this dealership!

2012 Nissan Versa review
I own the most bear bones version and it works like a charm, with the manual 30mpg is easily achievable. Steering at low speeds feels like you are the car. Pedals are responsive and the suspension can handle just about anything. Highly recommended for a cheap daily.

Lexus of Arlington review
We were very satisfied in our dealings with Lexus of Arlington. All of the employees we came in contact with were very professional and attentive to our needs, especially the sales staff members with whom we came in contact. Our main contact was Lyza Kupchyk, with whom we were extremely impressed. We would definitely use the dealership again if the opportunity arose.
2022 Nissan Leaf review
After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.
