I would like to amend my previous review of this dealership there was a communication error the proper people did not get my messages so my issue was never addressed they have now contacted me and are going to take care of everything so I really appreciate what they have done for me, it was a very seamless buying process it was very nice car for a good price.Nice to have a small local dealership take cares!
We thought our sales person Pete Ruiz did very well as a sales associate and we enjoyed the sales process and working with him. The low key approach was just right. The Soul is working out well. We both enjoy driving it. It???s comfortable, the fuel mileage is better than the specs, we???re getting 30 ??? 31 mpg driving in the city. So that???s nice. The experience was professional, friendly and enjoyable. Pete was great to work with.

Throughout the discovery and then purchase process, John Busse was informative, knowledgeable, and willing to patiently work with me to identify the best vehicle and purchase options for me. Once I picked up the vehicle, he spent additional time helping me get familiar with all its features and gave me the assurance that I could call whenever I had additional questions. This was a great experience...easy, no hassle.... and I love my new vehicle!
I've never in my life had such a wonderful experience at a dealer. Nor any repair shop. They sent a text reminding me of the appointment. Upon arriving, I was puled into the receiving area. The service manager (I forgot both their names) can out and knew why I was there. I mentioned a couple other things which were bothering me. They were excellent in communication about what they found and the additional costs. I had made the appointment as the right front passenger door was stuck in "superlock" and would not open. I mentioned that the brake light on the dash would not go out. They installed the correct front brake pads and rotors and installed the wiring for the wear sensors. They also did a full vehicle check and found a couple other things which will be addressed at a later date.
It now has the correct parts and works much better.
I will be visiting again to address the other issues.

Quality of Work
Need to cool for a week before I am write this. Went in for my oil change and tire rotation, brake inspection, wash etc. I knew I had a small screw in one of the tires, which I forgot to tell them about it. My wife asked me when I got home, if they fixed the tire , said I forgot to tell them, so I looked at the tire. Guess what? they didn't find it, because they didn't rotate the tires, or inspect the brakes, the tire was on the car on the same axle. How did that happen? I guess because they didn't do the rotation. No wash this time either. Guess I will need to find someone I can trust, so this is the last time I am going there. Just how did I know they did all the previous work I had done there? VERY DISAPOINTING, EXPECTED BETTER FROM BOUCHER.
I worked with Bryanna Wade and she was the BEST car sales person I every worked with during the past 40+ years when buying Chevys and Cadillacs. She listened to what I wanted, not what was the HOT car to sell that month. She helped me through the process to decide if I should purchase my leased 2016 ATS or buy a new 2018 ATS. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I will locate her when I need to buy a new car.
