I would recommend this dealership to everyone because I had a eventless and responsive reaction towards everybody that assisted me special thanks to Scott for being just an outstanding individual overall I enjoyed my whole experience with Landers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and I love my new truck😀😀😀
I recently came from out of state to purchase a used Ford pickup from this Cadillac dealership. I wasn't their demographic, I didn't buy a Cadillac, I wasn't coming back for service, I didn't finance through them, and they knew they would most likely never see me again. That being said, my family and I were treated like we were their long time friends buying our 5th Cadillac there. Patient, courteous, respectful, professional, and friendly come to mind when I think of the attitude of everyone we dealt with. Thi and Jamar are the kind of men you want working for you and representing your business. I cannot brag enough about Bob Moore Cadillac and the people who maintain such a high standard there. This isn't the result of just good training that can be passed along, this is the character of these men and it was greatly appreciated.
Had looked at a couple of there vehicles on line. Visited with Internet sales a couple times.went to the dealership was greeted by Taylor Tibbs. Really nice young man. He showed me car faxes on vehicles I was interested in as eagerly allowing me to drive them as well. He also told me about a few specans going on. I left in a new silverado
Drove to Purcell to look at a used Titan. Greeted by a very pleasant young man Taylor Tibbs went out of his way to provide the service I expected ,an with out pressure. I drove off in a new silverado..I had no repaired done. But had to click something to post my review
This dealership is serious about getting customers in a new car that meets the customers' expectations at a reasonable price. The entire process from pricing to purchasing to delivery was efficient and the personnel at Hudiburg Subaru didn't keep us waiting needlessly. The sales representative was great and very knowledgeable about the different Subaru models. He was able to easily answer our questions about the car we purchased and took the time necessary to train us in the use of the electronics in our car. The sales manager was equally impressive in facilitating the sale of the vehicle we purchased. Both of these gentlemen represented Hudiburg Subaru impressively and were competent, friendly, and helpful. The lady assisting us with the paperwork clearly explained what we were signing, gave us good advice on an extended warranty (which was reasonably priced) and got us out the door quickly. I have purchased several cars and trucks over my lifetime and this was one of the best experiences that I have had. Bottom line: if you are looking for a Subaru, talk to the people at Hudiburg Subaru. You won't regret it.

Good service from the Salesman. However, the overall purchase time was Way TOOOOO LONG! Roughly 6 hours to complete all of the purchasing process. Darrin was Great but didn't care for his sales manager.
We have had 5 Subarus over the years and Pete has taken care of 3 I believe. He is personable, reliable, and a very hard worker. He is also very knowledgeable about his job. There should be a whole lot more Petes.
Service was fast and everything was explained very clearly. One item not included in the 2 year service agreement was one of the air filters and the dirty one was shown to me to see if I wanted it replaced.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
This place is top drawer. My salesman was Nathan Gardner. His service was outstanding.......no pressure....very informative...spent plenty of time with me. I highly recommend him.
