2021 Hyundai SANTA FE review
When shopping for our Santa Fe, we looked at many different models brands and sizes some smaller some larger and felt very comfortable with the size of this vehicle. The interior is beautiful and lacks the big TV screen that many of the SUVs have that I didn’t care for. After driving it, I was impressed with its cornering handling breaking an overall driving position. I now have 15,000 miles on it and I’m totally impressed with its comfort and all of the safety features. Some of the smaller SUVs we drove were noisy, and I felt every bump on the road, some of the larger SUVs were just too big. I was impressed with how quiet this car was and how it smoothed out lot of the rough roads that we have here in California. We have the SEL model with a 2.5 L turbo charged engine that has plenty of power and decent fuel economy. I get over 30 miles per gallon on the highway and 25 miles per gallon in town. This is an amazing vehicle that drove nicer both in town and freeway than many other SUVs costing thousand more.

2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

2020 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV car. Not sure if I love this car or the fact that it is an EV. What makes this a bit different from a Tesla is that it still reminds you of a regular car in terms of gear shifting controls and displays. My car is a premium trim, dual motor and long range battery extension, so if you get a lower trim, the experience might be slightly different.

Many thanks to Brian Yeager, Manager of the Service Department, who handled my concerns while Angie was away. I truly appreciate their patience, kindness and the exceptional customer service I received. Ultimately, I purchased a beautiful 2025 Nissan Kicks from Salesman Nicholas Ihuoma, who managed the purchase of my vehicle. Thanks so much Nicholas. Also, many thanks to Jose Alvarado Melgar who managed the finance piece for me. I must give; however, the biggest thanks to Michael Andersen, one of their newest salespeople who was assisting Nicholas. Michael walked me through the dealership and explained all the nuances of each of the cars I was interested in – literally everything about the Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Rogue and listened and talked to me about concerns I had with the Nissan Rogue. 2019 Nissan Murano review
This is one of the most comfortable vehicles we have ever owned and we’ve had a lot of new vehicles, trucks , convertibles, etc. even our little Maltese loves it.. She has plenty of room to run and play. That heated seats are amazing. The cabin area is large and comfortable the seats Are like sitting on your couch at home. We love this car.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

2023 Nissan Rogue review

2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.
2024 Dodge Hornet review
After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

2006 Honda CR-V review
My dad bought this car around 2010. Used it, gave it to my mom, my mom gave it to me in 2020. Rarely had issues. Hearty car, withstood my neglect. Never needed anything other than oil changes. It got totaled in an accident last week. I'm grieving the loss. This car was a champion until the very end. RIP Barbara.

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.
