2020 Ford F-150 review
I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

2015 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

2025 Ford Mustang review
I’ve owned my Mustang EcoBoost Premium Convertible for a while now, and it completely shatters the old stereotype that a Mustang needs a V8 to be a "real" sports car. It is the perfect platform for someone who wants open-air fun without sacrificing premium comfort, daily drivability, or cutting-edge technology. The stock EcoBoost engine is already incredibly punchy, but the platform reacts beautifully to the right modifications. Adding the Ford Performance Calibration—which ups the output to a serious 350 horsepower and 402 lb-ft of torque—along with a Mishimoto intercooler completely wakes the car up. To be honest, this is exactly how the car should have come from the factory if Ford wasn't so worried about tuning it down just to keep it 87-octane compatible. Running it on premium fuel with this calibration gives you massive low-end torque, immediate throttle response around town, and a relentless pull on the highway. Opting for the Premium trim is a must. The interior materials are a massive step up, making the cabin feel like a high-end grand tourer. I am especially happy with the tech in this car. I absolutely love the giant digital screen layout. While some Mustang purists don't like it and prefer old-school physical gauges, I am someone who always embraces new technology. Sitting in the driver's seat makes me feel like I am in an airplane cockpit. Features like the active cruise control work excellently on longer drives. The only thing I wish Ford had included in this tech package is a Head-Up Display (HUD). Because it's a convertible, you do have to deal with open-air road noise, and while the factory B&O sound system is decent, to me it was really lacking—especially with the top down. Fortunately, the platform is incredibly rewarding if you like to customize, so I upgraded the factory audio to a custom, high-end 3-way active system while retaining the stock head unit. Now, even with the top down on the highway, the audio clarity is absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a sharp, tech-forward sports car that delivers genuine performance, upscale daily comfort, and a brilliant platform for subtle, high-quality upgrades, the EcoBoost Premium Convertible is tough to beat.

2020 Lexus ES 350 review
In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

2018 Acura MDX review
I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

2017 Cadillac Escalade review
I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

2023 Ford F-150 review
My experience is very positive. Great looks. Great power. Fit finish inside and out first class. Handling on road no complaints. Off road the truck is a beast. 34” tires help appearance and ground clearance. I think it’s the right choice in this segment of trucks. But man the recalls blow. This axle bolt half shaft one has taken forever to get done. It kinda throws manure on a great truck. Other than that it’s a keeper ! The ecoboost 3.5 is really strong. It also sounds like a small V6 which is not so great. As long as it keeps small V6ing and doesn’t break I’m good. But no coyote sound check needed. The paint is maybe the biggest surprise. It’s really good. Interior highlights are just normal comfortable observations. Nothing over the top but adequate. It handles deep snow well. It handles 75 mph in 100 degree heat well. It’s smooth sleek and fast. Stopping power is real good. I’d buy another one for sure. It has the recall issues but they all do so that’s all l gotta say about that.

2010 GMC Yukon review
Love my yukon, but not the plexiglass headlights. You can not clean them to get them clear. It really is a safety hazard for night driving. The film on the headlights blurs the light output. The cost to replace them in ridiculous!

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I work a ton so it was hard to figure out when exactly to go to these different dealerships to find the car I wanted and on a Sunday it’s very limited on where you can go. I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . He explained each feature in the fullest extent. Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships . You see what you get , where the extra fees are for, what features you get, and the coverage is amazing. This team was a absolute pleasure to work with . I cannot thank them enough !
2017 Chevrolet Corvette review
Saw a 2017 Grand Sport Collector Edition 5 years ago and had been searching all over Creation for one since. In October last year I finally found a GSCE convertible in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and raced down to grab it. Traded in my 2016 'Laguna Red/ Kalahari top 'vette which I loved ...but like girlfriends - you can't keep them all. My GSCE is absolutely TERRIFIC!

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

I had a great experience at Car City. I received my tax return money and I have been waiting to buy a car with it. I received it the other day and first went to a big dealership. They were not very friendly, that’s all I will say. So I left and went to Car City because of all the great reviews and their selection of cars. I was greeted at the door by Doc and he really gave me the red carpet treatment. Sounds funny to write, but that’s how I felt. Car City did not care about my credit. They were willing to help me no matter what my situation was. Doc found me a Charger that they just got in and was not even online yet. It took about an hour, but I was approved and am now the proud owner of a 2018 Charger. I could not be happier with my experience at Car City, with Doc and Joe the finance guy. Thanks Car City!

2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. 2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

He made it clear that buying a car is a serious commitment, and once you buy, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. To help me make the best decision, he shared five key things every buyer should look out for: 1️⃣ Check the Vehicle History – They emphasized how important it is to review a full history report to avoid hidden surprises. A clean record means fewer risks! So get your own Carfax. 2️⃣ Have the Car Inspected – They strongly recommended bringing in a trusted mechanic to inspect the car before buying. A small upfront cost can save thousands in repairs later. 3️⃣ Understand the Warranty – They made sure I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn’t so I wouldn’t be caught off guard with unexpected repair costs. Their Cars are "AS IS" so when you drive off its all on you. The 30 day return document is a formality that will not be honored. 4️⃣ Review the Financing Terms – They Explained that none of their advertised EV cars get the discount it is just a way to get people through the door but they explained my financing options, including interest rates, monthly payments, and any potential hidden fees, so there were no surprises. You will be told you can refinance your car later by their finance guy but Nas let me know chances are slim since their cars have a salvage title. 5️⃣ Take a Thorough Test Drive – Instead of a quick spin, they encouraged me to test the car under different road conditions to make sure it felt right. 2018 Lexus RX 350 review
My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

2017 Volvo XC90 review
I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

2024 Toyota Tacoma review
For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
