BMW West Palm Beach review
DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Wayne Akers Ford review
I had a great experience at Wayne Akers Ford! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. JP was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest communication and great customer service. I ended up purchasing a new Ford F-150, and I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the deal. JP made sure the deal went through smooth and super quick. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for JP at Wayne Akers Ford. Great experience all around!

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
Jack was great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.
2014 Cadillac XTS review
I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS in 2021 with only 17,000 miles on it and I now have 77,000 miles on it. The only complaint I have is when I took it to the dealer to get a headlight changed the service manager told me the whole front end of the car had to be taken apart to change that headlight and one of the mechanics overheard him and came over and said that’s not true so the mechanic showed him how by removing three screws you could get access to the LED headlight and it still cost $500 because the bulb itself was somewhere around 400! Now at 77,000 miles if you’re thinking about buying one make sure the struts and the leveling compressor are all in perfect shape. At 77,000 miles I am looking at $3000 to replace the rear struts and. Another 2200 for the front struts and up to 3000 for the air compressor if that is bad so you could be looking at six to $8000 for four struts , and a compressor! I’m selling the car as is.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
“Shopping” for a new or used vehicle has never been on top of my favorite things to do list — albeit ultimately having the car is a favorite thing! At previous dealerships I have found the process to be time-consuming and displeasing even when I found a vehicle! However, AutoNation Cadillac in WPB has definitely changed my opinion — going there was a most pleasant, seamless, and enjoyable experience from the first point of contact to the culmination of the transaction! Both Rudy and Jack were perfect gentlemen every step of the way making one of my most hated things to do turn into a welcoming and enjoyable and fruitful experience! Thank you Rudy and Jack! D. 2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

2020 Jaguar E-PACE review
E-Pace is a great SUV - classy but functional, spunky as it looks - 0 to 60mph in no time - and it certainly doesn’t hurt to have the “Jaguar” cat insignia staring at everyone behind you on the highway...Envy.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm BeachReviews
AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
From the moment we walked in getting greeted from April to make us feel comfortable immediately. We had the best experience with Cadillac auto nation! Abbi our sales guy made the entire experience so smooth. Answered all Our questions and made it the easiest buying a car experience ever. We were so lucky to meet the GM, John during our experience. This is the first time we have ever been able to ask the GM direct questions and get honest answers. We have never been able to ask the GM any questions when we have bought other cars. We were so happy and there was no stress at all the entire time. Usually when you get done with the sales experience you are so worn out from all of the back and forth the last thing you want to do is head into another office but with our entire experience this wasn’t the case. Abbi was so thorough and by the time we completed the great experience with him and John the GM we went into the fiance office and got to meet Maya. She was so genuine and excited for us and every moment was so delightful. We were so relieved that she had a couple options for us to add on because with our last car that was missing and we want to go into this new lease feeling secure incase little things happen that we are covered to help the experience at the end so we will secure in case something happens for over mileage, scratches, dents etc. We also got to meet the service department manager while we were there and he introduced himself and was so excited to have us apart of the Cadillac family. He already was so confident to let him know if anything went wrong had wouid take care of us. The entire experience was eye opening with how you should be treated when you decide to buy or lease a car
2021 Audi S6 review
I purchased the 2021 Audi S6 Prestige after looking at similar vehicles in the class like the BMW M550i and Mercedes Benz AMG E53. My choice came down to performance, reliability, look, and value. I have had the car for 4 weeks and have no regrets. My highway gas mileage has been as high as 31 miles per gallon which is terrific for a car with this type of performance. The controls are easy to learn and the car feels like it is floating when driving it. I like that it is a performance vehicle with an understated look. Some may want a car with a more aggressive look but I like the understated, traditional sedan look. So far I would recommend this car.

Wayne Akers FordReviews
Wayne Akers Ford review
I haven't bought a car since 2008 and I have been waiting to buy the Bronco Sport which is a job in itself!!! So I was a little nervous after all the time. My salesman Russ walked me through the purchase with kid gloves. He patiently waited till I was completely comfortable with the terms and most of all never once made me fear of losing the car I wanted. Absolutely no pressure at all and this made my experience pleasant and most of all I grew to trust him like I have known him forever. I am a Real Estate Broker and I know what a Hard Sell is. He treated me as I would a first time homebuyer. Once I was ready came in Orlando to finish the deal. His humor and relationship with Russ made me feel comfortable and secure. Orlando did his job with explaining the Options and was never pushy and enjoyable to work with. The end process is what everyone warns you about. With Orlando he took what I wanted and listened to my concerns and made it work. No I did not buy them All but I took the ones that made since for me. Honestly a pleasure to work with these guys!!! Only four stars for financing/Buying Process as they lowballed my FJ Cruiser. Thats an emotional opinion :)

It is a really nice car and has saved me quite a bit of gas money. I bought one for my wife as well. It also came with a tax credit.

Lexus of Palm BeachReviews
Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.
2011 Lexus CT 200h review
2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.

Napleton's North Palm Hyundai review
I had an absolutely exceptional experience with the service department. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. The advisors took the time to clearly explain the process, provided transparent updates, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The technicians were efficient, thorough, and highly skilled, ensuring my vehicle was serviced to the highest standards. I appreciated the attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly without sacrificing quality. The entire visit was seamless, stress-free, and customer-focused. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to delivering top-notch service, trust, and reliability. I will definitely be returning for all my future service needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding, five-star experience.”

2023 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid review
I have close to 3,000 miles after 2 months on the X-Line Prestige trim. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, so I wanted a vehicle that would allow me to get through some less-than-ideal roads to trailheads on the weekends, with a combination of ground clearance and AWD when needed, as well as use minimal gas (if any) on my daily commutes to the office. The vehicle handles similar to the Crosstrek, in that it is comfortable to ride in, but it does have a little more "sway" and "bounce" in the suspension when going around curves. The engine has similar pickup, even with the electric engine assist. In EV mode, it definitely does not have the aggressive acceleration that the Chevrolet Bolt has. It is fast enough to not be a merging danger on highways, but definitely feels soft. If you are in hybrid mode with the engine running, you can feel a more immediate response when pushing on the accelerator. The technology is well ahead of anything I have been involved with. The Crosstrek had eyesight safety technology, but the Sportage has much more, including very helpful blind-spot cameras. The adaptive cruise control is as good as the Crosstrek, although there is an annoying delay between when you lift your foot off the accelerator and when the vehicle takes over the acceleration. The speed drops several MPH and then picks back up, causing a rubber-band bounce feel. Unlike the Crosstrek though, the spacing between vehicles is consistent and excellent. There is so much technology that it can be initially overwhelming, so it is best to learn it as you drive over the course of a week or three. The odd choice that Kia made as to where to put the data port for your mobile is a bit annoying. There is one data port and the rest of charge-only ports, two of which are USB-C ports built into the side of the front seats, which are convenient for both front and back seat passengers. Since I use Android Auto always when driving, you have to get a very short cable to plug in to your mobile device, or it won't sit flat in the compartment. A better setup would have been built-in wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, which would allow you want lay your phone unimpeded on the charging pad that is built right under the data port. The EV-only mode has been consistently getting me around 34 miles, just enough to get me to my office parking garage where I can recharge it fully during the day. If I only use it for commuting I could basically never use the gasoline up in the tank. When you are in hybrid mode on a fast highway, don't expect to get much more than 34-36 MPG, because the vehicle is heavy riding on 19" tires. If you keep it at 60 or below, you will see the MPG shoot much higher up into the 50s. I keep it in Eco mode all the time. I did pay the extra $500 for the matte paint which makes the vehicle look great and unique, but you do have to take special precautions with it when washing the car, otherwise you it will show every nick and scrape.

AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach review
I had an excellent experience buying my car at AutoNation. After some bad experiences with dealerships in the past, Rolando and Hoss completely changed my perception. Rolando was honest, patient, and truly listened to what I wanted. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and no confusing back-and-forth. Hoss made the finance process just as transparent and easy, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The entire transaction was calm, straightforward, and stress-free. I left feeling that I had been treated fairly and honestly. If you're buying a car at AutoNation, I highly recommend asking for **Rolando**. He is someone you can feel comfortable doing business with. And if Hoss handles your financing, you're in great hands too. Thank you both for such a positive experience!

LIAM G. made me happy! After two HORRIBLE experiences, Liam pulled through and did me right. When I say horrible, let me tell you, a brand new 2022 GLE 350 had a new transmission BEFORE I made the first payment and three times it wouldn't go into reverse. OMG. It was a nightmare; I have PTSD just thinking writing this. But my new 2025 is a DREAM. LIAM didn't play; he made this very sad girl very happy. I have waited to write this for almost 4 months to make sure my good experience is real! It is! Thank you again to LIAM. He's my new BFF! Thank you, Liam. Thank you.

We purchased a used Land Rover from Daniel (Cristea) a few days ago. We live 4hrs away and he and Josh the GM made the entire process painless. I highly recommend him!!

My wife had a CLA Mercedes AWD . It was totaled and I was looking for features and value. We found it in an Alpa Romeo Gulia. The car checked all the boxes for us and was the lowest price. As long as people are skeptical of Alpha Romeo’s , I’m a buyer. The car is perfect for our needs. Cars are not a good investment, so if you want a deal go for a Alpha Romeo Gulia.

Best car we’ve ever owned we’re at 200,000 miles and still runs like new, the only thing I’ve replaced so far other than tires and battery is the starter at 175,000 miles. I recently purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Delray Mercedes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Benjamin Shatkun made the entire process smooth and pressure-free — took the time to walk me through the GLC 300’s features, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed into a decision. The whole team was transparent about pricing and financing, and the paperwork process with Camryn was quick and straightforward. It’s clear they genuinely care about getting customers into the right vehicle rather than just closing a sale. I love my new GLC 300, and a big part of why the purchase felt so easy was working with Benjamin and the team at Delray Mercedes. Highly recommend them to anyone shopping for a Mercedes.

2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF review
At first glance you ask yourself... what did I buy. It looks small and very low to the ground. You manage to get in and start the car. The engine roars to life and it's louder than what you might be used to. The seat hugs your body and you begin to get comfortable. First gear sprints the MX-5 into what feels like a roller coaster ride. It's lively and fun, and you tell yourself... yeah, I can get used to this. Is you're looking for excuses to take it out for a ride.

2019 Lexus LS 500 review
After spending considerable time behind the wheel of the 2025 Lexus LS 500 Luxury, I can confidently say this flagship sedan represents the pinnacle of what luxury motoring should be. In a world where German competitors often prioritize technology over refinement, the LS 500 strikes a perfect balance between cutting-edge innovation and timeless elegance. Power Meets Poise The twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine delivers 416 horsepower with the kind of effortless authority that makes highway merging feel like floating on air. Unlike the aggressive, almost harsh delivery of its German rivals, the LS 500’s power comes wrapped in silk. The 10-speed automatic transmission is so smooth you’ll forget it exists, seamlessly selecting gears with an intelligence that seems to read your mind. Interior Sanctuary Step inside, and you’re immediately enveloped in what can only be described as a mobile sanctuary. The hand-pleated leather seats cradle you with the precision of a master craftsman, while the available 28-way power adjustment ensures every driver finds their perfect position. The cabin’s attention to detail is extraordinary – from the perfectly weighted controls to the whisper-quiet operation of every switch and button. The Mark Levinson premium audio system transforms the cabin into a concert hall, delivering sound quality that rivals dedicated listening rooms. Whether you’re enjoying classical symphonies or contemporary music, every note arrives with crystalline clarity and depth that makes long drives a genuine pleasure. Technology That Enhances, Never Overwhelms While competitors burden drivers with overly complex infotainment systems, Lexus has created technology that feels intuitive and purposeful. The 12.3-inch multimedia display responds quickly and logically, while the available head-up display projects essential information exactly where you need it. The Safety System+ 2.5 works seamlessly in the background, providing confidence without intrusion. The Art of the Ride Where the LS 500 truly shines is in its ability to isolate occupants from the outside world while maintaining a connection to the road. The air suspension system glides over imperfections that would unsettle lesser vehicles, yet maintains enough feedback to remind you you’re piloting a performance-oriented luxury sedan. It’s a magic carpet that can still carve corners when called upon. Build Quality Beyond Reproach Every surface, every joint, every component speaks to Lexus’s obsession with perfection. Panel gaps are laser-precise, materials feel substantial and authentic, and the overall impression is one of a vehicle built to last decades, not just years. This is craftsmanship in an age of mass production. The Ownership Experience Perhaps most importantly, the LS 500 delivers peace of mind that German competitors simply cannot match. Lexus’s legendary reliability means fewer unexpected visits to the service department and lower long-term ownership costs. When service is needed, the white-glove treatment at Lexus dealerships makes even routine maintenance feel special. Final Thoughts The Lexus LS 500 Luxury isn’t just transportation – it’s a statement about valuing quality, refinement, and thoughtful engineering over flashy gadgetry and aggressive styling. In a segment obsessed with 0-60 times and technology features, the LS reminds us that luxury should first and foremost be about making every journey memorable for all the right reasons. For those seeking the ultimate expression of automotive luxury without the compromises that often come with European alternatives, the LS 500 Luxury stands alone. It’s not just one of the best luxury sedans you can buy – it’s a rolling testament to what happens when master craftsmen are given the time and resources to create something truly exceptional. Highly Recommended - A rare gem in today’s automotive landscape that rewards its select few owners with an unparalleled luxury experience.

2021 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I had a 2106 Cayman. I was hesitant about moving into a Jaguar. However after I drove the car (P300), I was convinced. It drove as well as the Cayman but has a better ride. Jaguar gives you a lot of options standard whereas Porsche charges much more. Examples: torque-vectoring, navigation and launch control- all standard. PLUS a $8000 rebate. These cars are going to disappear.
