2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2022 Honda Odyssey review
The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Cookeville Honda review
I have used Cookeville Honda for all my service needs since purchasing my vehicle from them in 2018. I’m extremely satisfied with their service department. I just had my timing belt replaced, oil change, and tire rotation. Again, they did a great job, and had my vehicle ready when promised. Their service department must have a great reputation because while there, I saw many different brands being pulled into the bay for service. I give them an A+! A shout out to Justina and Vicky for their kindness while I waited for my service to be completed!

Grand Subaru review
I'm a.long time customer at Grand Subaru. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, I still go back there for all of my regular maintenance because they offer such excellent and efficient service. Although they offer a pickup service, I always choose to go in wait there, because they never take long, and the waiting area is pleasant. Any work that needs to be done is well explained, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.

This dealership responded to my inquiry in a timely, and professional manner. Unfortunately, I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle!
2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Downtown Nashville NissanReviews
Downtown Nashville Nissan review
I purchased a used pathfinder from this Location back in march and recently had my first service appointment. I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Downtown Nissan! From the moment I arrived for my oil change, the entire team was professional, friendly, and focused on providing exceptional customer service. A special thank you to Thomas Booker, my service advisor, who kept me informed throughout the entire process. He provided timely updates, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. His communication and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I also want to recognize LJ, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed correctly and that I left completely satisfied. It?s clear that he genuinely cares about both his customers and his team. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed. What could have been a routine oil change turned into one of the best service experiences I?ve had at a dealership. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely welcoming. It?s refreshing to find a service department that values honesty, communication, and customer care. If you?re looking for a dealership that treats you with respect and truly prioritizes your experience, I highly recommend Downtown Nissan. Thanks again to Thomas, LJ, and the entire team for making my visit such a positive one. You?ve earned a loyal customer, and I?ll gladly recommend you to my family and friends! If you?d like, I can also ?make it sound even more enthusiastic and ?Google review viral? style to attract more customers.

My first time at Murfreesboro Hyundai and I will be back in the future. The service advisor Hannah did a great job.
2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come on my 2019 Tucson so I called this dealership and they were very courteous and got me right in to check the issue. I really appreciated the quick response to my concern. They were very nice and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The only negative comment was grease finger prints on my console!

CarMax Nashville review
A friend had referred Jack Goodner for me to go see and hopefully find a car. Unfortunately I was looking for some very specific things on my car, and they did not have but I would definitely recommend Jack to any of my friends and I would go back to see him in the future. He was very patient and never made me feel rushed. I think he would've let me test drive 10 cars if I had wanted to.

Andrick was very nice and very helpful. I don't have the best credit or a good down payment but he did everything possible to get me into a car. Very helpful!

Toyota of Murfreesboro review
Another Toyota prescribed maintenance complete and another super positive experience. Paul Smith handled my appointment as always, and it was conducted with the complete professionalism I've come to expect with TOM. The service department as a whole is excellent, but Paul is the reason I keep coming back. I drive a 2015 vehicle and its always treated like and is maintained like new. Thanks for making it tolerable Paul!
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
