Superb Customer Experience! Alessandra and Lee gave us outstanding service. The customer experience from the moment you enter the dealership is friendly, zero pressure, and extraordinary. Alessandra gives you her complete attention to find out your requirements for a vehicle. Real active listening. Then the required financial paperwork with Lee was efficient, to the point while offering you their different options. Jim Ellis has in people like them real assets.

Casey Graber coordinated a phenomenal purchasing experience from start to finish at Porsche Atlanta Northeast.. She is exceedingly professional, very kind, with genuine interest in the needs of her customers. Having purchased this vehicle sight-unseen and from out of state, Casey’s transparent approach created the necessary confidence in my decision to buy this Macan GTS I highly recommend Casey to any prospective Porsche buyer, regardless of distance. Definitely a great way to begin the Porsche experience.

Merit PartnersReviews
Merit Partners review
One of the best and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had! I worked with Chris and Jonathan to buy a car sight unseen, 500 miles away. Jonathan owns one of these cars himself, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the model. We worked off of many photos and videos of both their car, and the car I was trading, and they were very helpful in facilitating having Jimmy Rapasi ( who was amazing as well) in coming down to do the ppi. We developed a mutual trust in representing both cars, and they shipped my car up, and theirs down, to me. It was a very smooth and easy transaction, and the car turned out to be even better than I expected. They came recommended from a few friends of mine, so I walked into the deal with high expectations of integrity and honesty, and I'm happy to say those high expectations were met. I still converse back and forth with them about cars, and look forward to making it up there sometime to hang out in person. I recommend them highly!

Land Rover of ChattanoogaReviews
Land Rover of Chattanooga review
My wife and I had an extremely positive experience with Land Rover Chattanooga. We worked out an agreement with Jack Wilson to purchase a LR4 with what we had expected would be a factory DVD player that still needed to be installed. It turns out the dealership was only able to get the aftermarket version. We had already purchased the vehicle and put 2,000 miles on it when we discovered this didn't work. Our son has hearing aids and is unable to use headphones and my wife has to take him to many doctor appointments out of town and can't work an aftermarket DVD from the front seat. We brought these concerns to Jack Wilson and he took them to his manager (James). James without a second thought or even a call from us asked Jack to get us a new LR4 with the factory DVD. He took our old car back and the dealership ate the expense of the miles and the difference in cost. Jack and James earned customers for life. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

Harper Porsche review
I had to have a wheel repaired this morning. Harper made it a seamless experience from the start to finish. From dropping off the car, getting the loaner and then returning. Harper made it look so easy. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Harper Porsche review
I had a slow leak in a tire and drove to Harper’s Porsche. Nick immediately checked me in, determined that the tire could not be repaired, gave me a loaner until the new tire arrived. I have always received the best service from Harper’s. My next new car will be purchased there because of their excellent service department.

Ultra Motorcars review
I purchased a Rolls Royce Ghost a few weeks ago from Ethan and TK. Start to finish, it was the easiest car deal I've ever done! We worked out the numbers ahead of time. After I flew in, they picked me up personally and I drove away in my new car. Painless! The car is pretty awesome too! lol
