This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

This is my 3rd Porsche and this time I chose the 911 T. I wanted a xxxxx to the wall driving experience in the Smokie Mountains near my home. The T does not disappoint. It performs flawlessly. It hugs the corners -I can easily take 25 mph at 50 mph or more in perfect control. The engine/weight ratio gives more power than can ever be realistically used even if you have a long stretch that is police free. Overall it is a thrill to drive, the cabin is comfortable without being fussy and it growls like a caged tiger with the sport exhaust.

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. I first wrote to Porsche Ontario online enquiring about one of their CPO Taycan Turbos I saw on cars.com. They were quick to respond, very friendly and responsive and connected me to one of their sales specialists JB (Jonathan Beitz). I should preface this by saying my husband has always had a good impression of Walters' group because of all the positive reviews he's read. We have a Porsche location much closer to where we live but have felt that their sales staff are arrogant and not very warm. JB understood that we lived a bit further out and made sure he sent me a video walk through of the vehicle to give us a better idea of the vehicle and we managed to agree on the price before we drove all the way out. That really helped us save time sitting at the dealership. JB is extremely knowledgeable about the features of the Taycan Turbo and told us honestly the pros and cons of the car's features, so we knew what we were getting into. He did not try to upsell us other services which is very refreshing in the car purchasing business. When we had to speak with the finance guy, we were introduced to Shelly Fisher. Wow! my husband and I were just blown away by how personable and friendly Shelly is. Again, he did not try to upsell any other add on service and took the time to explain everything to us. We have never had such a pleasant and easy car purchasing experience, EVER! Thank you, JB and Shelly for making our purchase experience so enjoyable. You guys ROCK!

I think so. Well...let me qualify that. Best year for a Normally Aspirated Carrera S. I got the PDK with Sport Chrono and I'm loving it! First gen PDK and people complain about it is slow. Ok... it is slower than my 2018 GT3 but it is way faster than the manual and let's not compare it to the Tiptronic (PDK is whole new thing). This version is still small enough to get that feeling of "raw" sportscar. Yes, each newer iteration is more refined, more modern, and more powerful but they tend to numb a little bit of that rawness. I mean I would rather go 50mph and feel like I'm doing 80mph than go 80 but feel like I'm doing 50. The 997.2 S strikes a good balance for that feeling; and you can do it for less $$. Now, my 2018 GT3...that's another thing. So, there you have it!

Just got a Macan at Porsche Ontario. I have spent only 2.5 hours at the dealer. Everything went smoothly. If I buy another Porsche, I must see Tyson Toeller. He made things simple, and he knows exactly how the customers feel and what they want. I called Tyson again after 2 days of buying a Macan to ask for LoJack information. Check to see if the IMS bearing has been updated. If not, subtract $2-4000 for it. Looks great. This car will probably hold its value, or increase, so it’s a decent investment.

Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. Just got a 2019 Carrera 4 GTS. Seems great so far, very fast and handles great. GTS model seems to be the best bang for the buck as far as power and options that are included

Owned a corvette, a viper, the 911 and the boxster. I’d say the boxster s was a bit more fun to drive, and like both porsches equally for different reasons. Test drove BMWs on multiple occasions, never liked any of them. Test drove a couple of ferraris, a bit too small and expensive. Same for the NSX. Bought it 2 years old and got a great price. The targa 4s that I currently have, has some nice 911 features, including the large retractable roof, and the pop up rear window, for easy access to the back seat.

I recently bought a 991.1 S Cabriolet from Sports Trend and could not be more satisfied with the experience. This is the car I always wanted to own since playing the monster arcade hit game N.A.R.C by Williams in 1988. WHY? I fell in love with those two guys jumping out of the red Porsche, but that Porsche itself was the 1988 911 Turbo! (funny, that when you jump out of the car, you can actually blow it up with your rocket launcher, haha!). Anyway, I paid a tremendous amount for this used and it was WORTH every single penny. NO car for the "reasonable price" of $100k I paid comes close in terms of value and styling and handling and raw power (the torque is insane!). Yes I know other cars would have gotten me close and certainly even beyond like a souped up gently used Corvette C7 at that price range but I like small cars and love the styling on the default 911 models, especially the Turbo :) Say no to drugs and yes to Porsche 911 Turbo!
