My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.

Every aspect from new purchases to the trade ins were handled professionally and fairly. These are car people! They love the cars and treat people with respect and kindness. They work hard to make it a good experience for the customer. For my most recent purchase, Tanner was my salesperson. It was his persistence that made it possible to track down an allocation. He helped me find the car, build the car and dealt with every little question and detail throughout the process. He knows and loves all things Porsche. Tanner handled everything with professionalism and integrity. He also made the whole experience fun. It was the best car purchase I’ve ever experienced. You can only have a great experience buying a car if you are working with great people. That is definitely the case here. I highly recommend Porsche Lehi. Ask for Tanner - you won’t be disappointed!

Sales was fantastic- I walked in and although I wasn’t buying he still escorted me to the service desk; offered a drink/restroom as we walked back. My representative was there, met me before I reached the counter and knew my name before I introduced myself and did exactly as promised. Car is a Turbo S Hybrid, by far the nicest and most complex vehicle I’ve ever owned or ridden in for that matter. I’ve never had a vehicle that I felt the need to pamper (even dust on the outside bothers me) and they returned it to me in pristine, detailed condition. Based on my experience I will not hesitate to return to the OKC dealership when I order a new one, we love the car so we bought a CPO; it’s almost $250,000 new and I wasn’t going to buy my first Porsche new but likely will in the foreseeable future. They earned my repeat business and I was thoroughly impressed. Don’t know if car prices will ever return to sanity but either way when I’m shopping for a replacement or maybe an addition.
