Needed a repair on my Macan S. Made an appointment , very easy, dropped my SUV off. Jamie was there to greet me, explained the process and we moved on to the next step. Approximately 2 hours later I received a video of the inspection and details of needed repair. I approved the work. Within 24 hours I received a message repairs were complete. I stopped by met Jamie again we completed the paperwork process at his desk. He sent a text an employee of Porsche of Annapolis, the car was brought to me in less than 5 minutes. The car had been thoroughly cleaned. The entire experience was great.

I flew in for the transaction, and the dealership took the initiative to handle as much paperwork as possible beforehand, which I found extremely helpful. Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.
