We bought a 2006 cayenne S in 2015 with 134K kilometres, paid 18K CAD at the time. my mechanic friend and i have changed serpentine belt, starter, valve cover seals, spark plugs, battery (its a big expensive one under the drivers seat), coil packs, AC motor, hatch struts, power steering and brake flush, complete fuel pump system replacement under back seats. (quote for that was 2600 we did it for about 1100). all outside and interior lights other than HID headlights changed to led, The coolant Reservoir cracked and had to replaced at a shop for about 900$. Replaced cracked engine mount arm. Professionally did tranny flush plus two leaking transmission wiring harnesses, (cost was 2100$ for that we paid at a bmw/porsche/audi shop), put a pioneer infotainment deck in it for 1300$ to get apple CarPlay etc (done ourselves add $1000 for labor on that) , We're about 9 grand in fixes 9 years in and are sitting at 194K KMS. We were at witts end for fixes but the Car has been running great since, obviously super fun to drive, wife loves it. Currently beating any monthly car payment but your always wondering what's going break next, and you got to be handy.

Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

To say that this dealership is great is an understatement. I had the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. It was easy and seamless. Ron Walsh was my salesman and he knew everything about the car I purchased. He walked me through each system on the car. They provide good service in well appointed facilities. Porsche?s are usually a bit on the expensive side to service, but the service managers are good at explaining.
