Ross was very helpful and went through lists of inventory, cars being shipped and even cars about to be built to find the car I wanted. Ross understood what features were important to me and explained the benefits of other available options. Ross found a car that met my needs and exceeded my expectations of beauty. In addition this vehicle was a 2019 model and was delivered quickly. I avoided waiting too long. Ross and the dealer were able to work with the dealer who originally ordered this vehicle and make it available for me. The overall experience was great and I am confident that the after-sales relationship and experience will be great.

End to end the best support and service experience I???ve had buying a car. Everything was made easy, Fred and the team operated around my schedule and my requests and questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Presented options, gave balanced advice and were honest about options and financing pros and cons.
Patrizio Torregiani was the best car salesperson I've dealt with including Maserati, MB, and Acura. He understood what I was looking for and over the period of three weeks he followed up with cars that could match my requirements. He very diligent without being pushy which is highly appreciated. His friendly and professional approach coupled with his knowledge of Porsche cars make the buying process very efficient. He loves Porsche car and it shows. The actual purchase was fast, efficient and full service. I just chose my car and literally I only sat down once to buy the car including insurance, registration, and returning my old license plate. Paolino Bastone was also friendly and professional and really care about my time making the final buying steps very expedited. My wife and I always prefer to give our business to local businesses and knowing that Porsche Greenwich indeed provide great service make the ultimate buying decision easier. Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
The purchase of my vehicle started while looking for a particular car online and came upon the ad. When I called the dealership he picked up the phone. Not your typical sales associate, it was like you were talking to a good friend. Not pushy in any way, i asked specifics about the car and told him I would be driving about an hour and a half and did not want to waste my time. He said the car was in absolutely mint condition, no road rash, perfect rims etc. For a five year old car I found it hard to believe but gave him the benefit of the doubt. I gave a deposit over the phone and drove out the next day with a certified check on the off chance he wasn???t giving me a story. I went in with my brother. When we saw the car both our jaws dropped. He on the money 100%. I spent 10 minutes going over the car and shook Anthony???s hand. We had a deal! Such a pleasure to deal with him. He followed up with texts over the weekend to ask how I liked the car. This guy is honest and knowledgeable. If you???re looking to purchase a high end ride, you will not find a better dealership nor a better or smarter sales associate. Can???t wait for my next purchase.
Ford of Smithtown is the only dealer I use. I have bough several cars from salesman Mike Foley and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He gave us a zero pressure sale and always made us feel more than confident in our purchase. If youre looking for a good deal go see Mike. Hes as good as they get. Couldn't be happier. I regularly use the service dept as well. I am looking forward to purchasing another truck this year!

I bought my 2010 BMW from Exclusive Auto Group Inc. In early September. I had An incredible experience from the door in and from the door out. Working in the sales/customer service industry for over 15 years i have high expectations when I walk into establishments, especially where I'm being sold to (dealerships, furniture stores, galleries,banks, etc.) The thing that made me stop at exclusive on my commute home from Newark Penn was their line of attractive vehicles. I wasn't exactly looking to buy just yet, but I knew I wanted to purchase a new car in the coming months. I walked the lot briefly and was greeted by one of the sales reps who was extremely friendly and helpful. Of course she asked all the normal sales questions what i was looking for, how much i wanted to spend, etc.... I had answers for none of the questions. I just told her a specific payment amt i was looking for and i was browsing the lot and looking for something that might catch my eye at that . She wasn't to aggressive she told me to check out that lot and when i needed help just let her know. Shortly After I placed my eye on the 550GT and fell in love. She gave me the pricing details and i knew that it was definitely going to be above my budget and what i would probably even consider not to mention my credit was not good at all at that time. I then met with Carlos the Manager. Told him my situation and how much i could afford to pay monthly he looked at me with a straight face and said do you work? lol the rest was history he got me a lower payment then what i asked. FANTASTIC CAR!!!! drives great no issues after buying it ( I waited 2.5 months to write my review). I was able to get my plates before the dealer plates expired. Carlos was very great to work with. He made sure the process went flawlessly and no pressure on they buyer at all. He gave wonderful advice he was transparent and honest. I've bought a number of cars used/new and i would say this was my best experience. O by the way I purchased the car within 2 weeks after seeing the vehicle but of course that was after i left my small deposit to hold the vehicle. Lol as carlos says "business doesn't run off hopes and dreams". after leaving my deposit i visited about 6 other dealerships in the newark/irvington area as well as somerset county and i will say they all wasted my time telling me about my credit and offering me payments $150 more then what i told them i could afford when i first walk through the door. They were pushy. they did not actively listen, and didn't offer me the payment i was looking for until i left there lot. Carlos will tell you yes or no. no time for games. I'm a satisfied customer and will recommend anyone to this dealership. Carlos if you read this keep up the great work, keep the integrity and remain transparent.
When I step in it was very warm and welcoming, everyone was very polite and i felt very comfortable. Chris was amazing and very helpful
