2019 Porsche Cayenne review
My wife and I are past Lexus owners. Their new front end killed them for us. Happy they did though. The Cayenne is one of the best performance cars I have owned. While being fast and responsive it is also very comfortable. Interior is designed like a cockpit with all controls close to the driver.

I can say they have a lifelong customer in me. Highly recommend their sales department, Alan, Tash, Chris. Sean in finance is easy and helpful and Nick in service as well. They all treat me like I am part of their team even though I am just another customer from 2 states over.
2020 Porsche Cayenne review
Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

2009 Porsche Cayenne review
Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.

I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
2016 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

2021 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased the 21 Cayenne S Coupe used with 12K miles in 2024. I now have 40K miles on it and enjoy it very much. The things I like are; the cabin comfort, 18 way seats with bolsters are great, it has all the power I need, ride quality with PASM is good, and there have been no issues. Porsche tax is high with depreciation and maintance cost a factor to be considred. Only complaint is the transmission downshift are clunky when changing between drive modes.

It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. 2019 Porsche Cayenne review
Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. 2012 Porsche Cayenne review
The only other car that compares to the reliability of this car was my 1995 Honda Accord EX. I basically only bring it in for routine maintenance. To have Honda reliability from a German car is AMAZING!!! The 4.8L engine is the foundation this reliable car. I'm not sure how the 6-cylinder engine is, so I can can only judge my 4.8 L engine in the Cayenne S. The 4.8 is also in the GTS, however I’m not sure of those owners’ experiences. I owned mine from 4 years old w/ 34k miles and sold it at 87,200 miles (4.5 yrs. later), so I can speak to the reliability of this period. I have previously owned three German Cars; a 1999 Mercedes SL500 Roadster, a 2005 BMW 645i Convertible, and a 2013 BMW 328 M-Sport. The Benz and the BMWs were always in the dealer for something wrong. Though the SL500 was the most reliable of the three previous cars with less technology to go wrong, those two makes in general are over-engineered cars and is why there is always a dozen cars waiting to get serviced when you arrive at the dealership service dept. Porsche however, I've never seen more than a customer or two in front of me or in the waiting area. Porsche Dealers have Porsche service loaners available too…Mecans and Cayenne Hybrids! Porsche manufacturer even worked with me for a blistering dash leather problem in the Cayenne (with full leather package) when it was out of warranty and offered it to me at half the cost to replace this $4500 parts and labor job. Was acceptable for a four-year-old car to be rejuvenated with a new dash! During this last year, in the cars eighth year since new, I still get notices from Porsche manufacture of warranty extensions on parts like the Speed Sensor and the Transfer Case, none of which went out on mine yet, but it’s nice to see they really want to make sure you have a reliable car and if there is an issue, Porsche will quickly take care of it. It still drives like new 8 years later. A slight door rattle in the driver and passenger front interior door by the arm rest got slightly noticeable at times after 60k miles, but that was a $65, 1hr labor, fix at the dealer with some padding near the door trim accent/ambient lighting panel on the doors arm rests. At 80k miles, it started again, so it could use another padding adjustment. The leather is very durable and still holds up at about 90% like new with very little wrinkling and side wear from getting in and out of the car. The back seats still look like new as they were hardly used. My carpets are a light blue, but a good shampoo every six months keeps the light color clean and looking about 70 percent from new, not bad for an eight-year-old car when other American cars that old can see holes in the leather and carpeted areas by then. I fully enjoy sport mode, and mostly keep it on to have that quick launch when needed to change a lane or get on a freeway, etc. It tends to lag and a launch without sport mode on which can sometimes make you lose the opportunity to get in that lane or whatever you needed that extra second of instant launch for. The 21” tires do burn through rubber quickly, cost about $225 each to replace, and I recommend rotating them regularly every 4k-5k miles, but you are rewarded with sports sedan like handling in return. The full leather package with brushed metal accents truly make this interior super premium. Base models without the leather really have a lesser than premium feel, so I recommend full leather if you can garage the car and can keep it parked out of the blistering Los Angeles sun for periods of time. Other than that, the 2012 Porsche Cayenne S is a car that if treated right with proper care and maintenance, should last 200k-300k miles.
